The Shrimp Factory UK レビュー

Brilliant communication via email regarding delivery and came the next day with no issues or loss.

I recently ordered a DIY group of Orange Eye Blue Dream shrimp from The Shrimp Factory UK, and I’m genuinely impressed. The shrimp arrived healthy, active, and well-packaged — not a single loss in transit, thanks to their live arrival guarantee.

The DIY group consisted of 4 mid-grade males with vibrant orange eyes and 6 high-grade females without orange eyes. The males, while slightly paler, still displayed impressive coloration that exceeded my expectations. The females were especially striking — deep, velvety blue with excellent coverage and intensity, making them the visual anchors of the group.

To my surprise, I also received 2 extra shrimp free of charge — a generous touch that really made the experience feel special. Another thoughtful detail was the inclusion of a net inside the shipping bag, giving the shrimp something to cling to during transit and likely helping reduce stress.

Communication from James was exceptional — friendly, prompt, and informative. It made the whole experience feel personal and professional.

Shipping was fast, the care sheet was helpful, and the shrimp have settled in beautifully. They’re already showing signs of breeding behavior.

If you're looking to start a colony of unique and vibrant shrimp, I’d definitely recommend The Shrimp Factory — especially their DIY groups if you enjoy variety and watching your shrimp develop over time.

Delivery time less than 15 hours from dispatch.

Ordered the rest of their stock 14 but received 17 so pleased can't fault the company one bit.
Discovered this company through YouTuber MD Fish Tanks.

All Shrimp arrived alive and still going strong a now (few weeks later) with zero losses. Great quality. Will definitely use The Shrimp Factory again in future.

I ordered some Cherry Shrimp from The Shrimp Factory and couldn’t be happier. The packaging was absolutely excellent — clearly packed with care, and all shrimp arrived healthy and active. Within minutes of acclimating, they were already out exploring and grazing, which tells you just how well they’ve been looked after.

The colour and quality of the shrimp are superb — bright, vibrant, and exactly as described. It’s clear these aren’t just bulk-bred shrimp, but healthy stock raised properly.

Genuinely one of the best online livestock purchases I’ve made. I’ll definitely be returning for more and recommending to others. Top marks all around!
