Ordered in January,recipient a confirmation email and that has been the last response. I still not received order. Have written several email,requesting goods or refund still not received a response. Would not recommend anyone to buy from this company

Slow delivery - nearly three weeks - with little in the way of explanation for the delay. Not at all easy to contact (no replies to emailed queries). However, the items were well packaged and as described when they did eventually turn up.

Really disappointed this time around ordering. I normally receive good service but this time around I’ve had my money taken from my account and told my order is on its way. Chased 3 times now and no communication at all to my enquiries. Really disappointing 😦

Purchased 2 weeks before Christmas paid for faster delivery promised In time for Christmas 2 days before was messaging and emailing and been told yes it will be delivered but never received then got a message 4 days after asking if I wanted to have another sent out which I politely refused to then have to chase my refund wouldn’t use this company again

I have not received the item and it is nearly a week late!!! Disgraceful. Communication with the company is dreadful. They are ignoring me. Will be contacting PayPal for a refund on Monday

Ordered my items one day got them the next day

I ordered goods to the value of £90.25 in Dec 24. They despatched the wrong items (they substituted the item I ordered as they were out of stock) They agreed I could return the item for a full refund (as is my statutory rights) and forwarded a label to facilitate this. It is now 5 MONTHS since they received the item back and I am yet to receive my refund. I have emailed Elizabeth in their Cust Service dept 6 times now and she is now simply ignoring me. I have emailed their Sales Dept in a further attempt to have this resolved but again have received no response. I will not be ordering from them again and would warn others against doing so

First class customer service. My product was out of stock after order. I was contacted and informed of this. I was offered a refund or I could wait for the product to come back into stock. I opted to wait and was kept informed throughout. Once the product was back in stock I was informed of its dispatch. This type of service is very rare. I definitely recommend this company and will be a regular customer.

My received order was not as advertised. Apart from it taking far too long to send or despatch items were missing. I have contacted them via email to see if they will resolve the issue. I will keep trust pilot posted.

What has gone wrong is that I have never received my order. Despite contacting you twice, I can't get any reply, let alone a refund.
