Quicker turn around than i expected. Very happy

Excellent service very fast and product as described *****

Beyond excellent, they went more than the extra mile to help a beginner like myself out. I will become a regular, the little things go along way. It is great to know "old school" service hasn't died.

The Smoking Jacket is a fabulous shop and Sonal is a wonderful proprietor. Great range and price; wedded with fabulous expertise and a willingness to share knowledge with those not as clued up. Genuinely worth calling in and/or ordering their monthly subscription boxes, fabulous value delivered to your door.

Really good customer service, and a great selection of cigars.

Excellent, sent email requesting further details on my order. Within minutes i had photos and info. Will certainly be buying from them again.

Great fast delivery and cigars in super condition & packaging

Excellent service - very quick delivery.

This smoking jacket is a beautifully made, high quality item of clothing.
Absolutely thrilled with this.
Truly a special, and very lovely jacket, made even more stunning by the embroidered monogram that I requested on the breast pocket.
I can't praise this purchase highly enough.

Excellent service, fast and efficient. with good quality products.

Great service and knowledge, Sonay is wonderful

The Smoking Jacket has probably the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Sonal is a wonderfully helpful and welcoming manager and is so easy to chat with about orders. From visiting the shop in Earls Court a few times, I have seen the vast selection of liquor, wine and tobacco that is available for very reasonable prices. I wouldn’t shop anywhere for my tobacco.
