Rapid turnaround. Friendly polite service and shoes come back looking new. Also note I couldn’t clean some of the marks off. These guys got them off no issue. 100% use again!

I had 3 pairs of trainers done with them being collected and delivered. Absolutely fantastic service with that personal touch. Got 3 brand new pairs of shoes again to enjoy.

After getting off holiday didn't think my trainers could be fixed as they was the yellow suede travis Scott's currently black but sent them off to the sneaker doc and they come back brand new couldn't thank you guys enough 10/10 will definitely be using you again

I couldn’t have wished for a better experience, when I dropped off my unions my expectations were set as they were unsure if one of the several marks would come out, it didn’t, but it’s hardly visible and they look SOOOOO MUCH BETTER. Both of the guys are super friendly and make you feel so welcome! I will definitely be going back. The sneaker doc is the plug 🔌
