Useless dont reply to urgent emails no link to facebook

Response from company on package that is delayed by 1.5 months on recieving package and still not recieved - "We cannot provide an exact delivery date as this responsibility lies with the shipping carrier. However, you can follow up directly with YunExpress regarding your order by reaching out to them through their website"

The covers that I purchased do not fit my sofa or chairs at all. I have tried to contact the company to get a returns lable for a refund and nobody will email me. They will not answer Facebook messages or emails. It looks like I have wasted £200 of my money on these covers.
I really am not happy about it at all.

Really like the covers I received.

I tried to make contact with the company multiple times regarding the delivery of my item but was met with radio silence. Poor customer service. The material of the sofa cover is good but the foam sticks pop out from their places when we sit on the sofa, making them useless.

Covers didn't fit well. Didn't like the quality so sent back. Cost £15 delivery + £29 customs duties to return. I got a refund of the order cost of £105 however out of pocket £44 for return. Don't buy unless you are certain you want to keep the covers!

I returned sofa covers because I just didn't like the way they fitted. Was offered a free exchange but I refused. Had to pay for return myself £15 delivery using courier service however I had to pay £29 customs tax duties on top. Not good when order was only £105 in the first. Be warned if you don't want the product or it's replacement then buyer beware you end up spending £44 for absolutely nothing (postage + customs). Customer services replied to all my emails and I have no problem with the company however I just didn't know the cost to return the order would cost so much

Good communications when things went wrong! (My fault ,not theirs) generously sent another cover!

Our first set of covers were not as we expected, not a quality issue, but pattern!
Customer services did however replace with another set at their expense, with something we liked. The covers fitted well as expected and looked good. Delivery time was fairly good too.
As a summary, after initial issue we were left happy with our purchase, and their customer services help I can't fault.
So all good in the end.

Helpfull team if you have any issues. Decent quality of the products. Prices are not exaggerated.

Quite good material but being burgundy it looks really bad having white zips!! Black zips would be much better. Totally spoils the look.

Before I Bought my sofa covers I was a bit not sure. So I bought in two lots just to see how it would look.
But I was soo impressed with my first order it was amazing and stretched out a lot and cover my sofa nicely. so I went ahead and ordered the remaining one..
I have no regrets and I would recommend. Happy customer. Get a size up just to have plenty of room.

Fabric thin but seems robust. I have a simple 3 seater chesterfield and the foam rolls keep popping out so guess it's a tight fit, but a more elaborate sofa eg with separate cushion making the base deeper might have trouble.

It was not delivered within the days specified on your site and as a result the sofa cover was delivered after the event I ordered it for had passed. When I contacted the company when it wasn’t delivered on time the company gave me a delivery time different from what was on the site as at the time I placed the order.

I received exactly what was described on line and on time. The quality and especially the texture is better than I anticipated. It’s soft and smooth to touch making it feel luxurious!!
I had to play around fitting the covers to get the perfect fit. All in all a very happy customer💫

The product was delivered on time and in good shape

The covers are exactly as they appear on the website and look really good. They were delivered quickly and were well packaged. I would highly recommend them.

Sofa cover fitting process may suit some sofas, but mine had loose seat and back cushions that made securing the cover with the foam tubes impractical they just pop out, the sofa needs to be tipped on its back to pull the draw strings tight underneath the sofa so my cushions wouldn’t keep in place. I was offered another design foc but the same fitting process but that was not a solution to the problem so I requested a returns label, I then found it had to be returned to France, undamaged in the original packaging, with proof of delivery at my expense, with the original invoice. This would have cost about as much as the refund would be worth, assuming they accepted the cover as undamaged and in original packaging. As it is a big floppy fit which you have to pull tight and secure with the foam tubes, I opted to keep it as a decorating dust and splash cover. I should have looked closer when purchasing as I hadn’t realised they were from a warehouse in France and also read other reviews which I suggest you do and then make your own mind up!

I was ripped off by this company the quality is poor and they took an additional unauthorised payment out from me to which customer service has not refunded me yet! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
