Very pleased with the covers, good value for money, they have really uplifted our lounge. It did take a little while to fit the sofa covers

Prompt delivery of a good quality product

The covers are great but my order took more than 3 weeks to arrive!

Ordered a cover that did not fit my sofa despite the measurements being correct. Tried to return to France and paid £15 for shipping to have the item returned and be told they did not refuse the delivery. The company are now refusing to give my money back plus shipping and are refusing to send a shipping label.

I have not received any delivery, even though the company are saying it was delivered to me at my address in December. I have had not had any delivery notification, and this company refuse to find out whats happened to it! They don't even know which delivery company was used. They are also refusing to send it again, or issue a refund. Pretty rubbish service all round. I STILL haven't received anything, and am out of pocket. Very, very disappointed!!

I ordered the wrong size so emailed their customer support team to get it refunded and so I could buy a different one - they handled the whole re-order for me and I didn't have to have the hassle of returning either. Really great customer service and I love the product.

The material is so thin. Looks cheap.

This company should be done for false advertising as they do NOT return your money if you are not satisfied within 14 days

Gave cover to my friend for christmas gift she was delighted with it as her sofa is white leather and its hard to clean the covers were ideal for her as they fitted sofa perfect and the colour matched her decor in her apartment

I had to ask the sofa house how to put the cover on . They went me a video and after that it was easy

Covers are great but the white tubes to hold in place do not really work.

Prompt delivery. Good value , product quality is light texture.

Bought 2 sofa covers which stated they were 100% waterproof. I have an elderly dog who has accidents. I wanted something waterproof to protect my sofa, They aren't waterproof, they're not even water resistant, liquid soaks through immediately on contact. Contacted customer services & they replied that their products are the most waterproof on the market. I told them I disagree. They then sent another email asking if I would like 2 replacement covers instead. I declined so they then sent another email stating they don't offer refunds. I paid on credit card so I will try & get my money back that way.

Scam company. Refuses to begin the returns process saying that they don’t accept returns on sale items. Items are permanently on sale so how can anyone ever return anything. AVOID!

The covers worked perfectly for a very old couch

Very disappointed , on receipt of purchase the sofa over has the words “Antlers” printed all over it, definitely not as shown in the photos when ordering.

I have had 2 sofa covers from this firm and live them. They fit well and look like they are more expensive than the actually were!
