Good and responsive customer service . Particularly happy with the armchair cover

Orderd 2 sofa covers from this company 1 is smaller than the other even though I ordered them both the same size I have sent emails and not even had a reply the number given doesn’t even work even on wats app so now I’m £90 out of pocket

APALLING SERVICE. DO NOT USE.

I bought a sofa cover which was delivered while I was away on holiday (it took forever to arrive). It transpired that it didn't fit our sofa and infact the the description on the website was inaccurate.

I asked for a refund and I was offered 50%. I disputed this. They offered me 70% refund. I disputed this. Then another representative said I wasn't entitled to any refund whatsoever because my request was outside 14 days of delivery. I disputed this and he (Tom) proceeded to email me in BOLD and UNDERLINED text that I wasn't entitled to a refund or exchange. So rude.

Absolutely zero sympathy, care or taking any responsibility. And going back on their word? What company does that??

I'm now putting effort into a complaint letter and ensuring I review them everywhere I can find on social media.

Highly recommend not ordering from this company. I ordered two covers, the first one was ok but not the colour it appeared in the picture. The second one was a completely different size than advertised. When I contacted the company 6 times to try and address the problem I never received a response. They are clearly not interested in providing a good product or customer service despite the policies listed on their website. Please spend your money elsewhere.

Do not order from this company. Very poor quality and won’t give a full refund despite their website. Keep offering me a percentage and telling me to gift it to a friend. It’s a joke, don’t give them your money

Perfect. Looks exactly like on website and fits well. I am very please with the cover.

Straight forward process. Measured my sofa's and although I haven't fitted them yet. The one I've tried appears to fit perfectly. Really pleased and have already recommended to a friend.
Good quality for the price and as I don't want to spend £650+ paying for a complete set of covers being made this is a cost effective and smart up-date. I've bought some lovely tonal fabrics from Just Fabrics to make the replacement cushion covers.

Took over a month for order to arrive. No instructions and very cheap material and didn’t fit even though I got a size bigger then needed. Emailed within a hour of opening packages. Paid $50 to return the items. I knew they were dodgy when Australia Post couldn’t even find their address on their system. It has been 5 weeks and still no response. I have tracking number so will contacting Australia post this week. Do not buy from them. Friggin useless

Ordered the covers to fit my 3 seater lounge and chaise. The material colour did not look like online and the covers did not fit my lounge even though the measurements on the website indicated they would. I paid over $50 to return them for a refund and the tracking says the package has arrived in China 10 July 2022. I have contacted several times to which they say they haven’t received the returned package. I emailed again over a week ago and no response this time. Looks like I have lost my money + more with returning the items. Lesson learned to NEVER buy from them again and I will ensure I tell as many people as I can to prevent others going through this also.

Emailed to get a refund and still waiting to hear back.

Sofa cover is stretchable and good!
The delivery takes long to receive after the information that our stuffs is on the way. I would be great if giving the exact date and not guessing and wasting….waiting all day!

Beautiful product, it feels so soft and comfy. Getting the 15% discount on second order was a really good deal. Will definitely be shopping again.

I bought my sofa cover using the size guidelines on the website but it turned out not to fit. I think my sofa was unusually wide. I contacted their customer service team to ask to replace it with the next size up and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They sent me the next size up with no fuss and Im pleased to say it fit fine this time. The cover looks great and should do the job of protecting my sofa from our dog without slipping off all the time. I wish all companies treated their customers like these guys.

Excellent service and products, the sofa covers have really brightened up my lounge. Even better that I can wash them so no need to worry about my children spilling stuff on them.

I measured as per their instructions and ordered the 2 seater cover for my 2 seater sofa, it did not fit, i rang the company and they offered a refund or replacement, as i really wanted a cover i went for the replacement, they sent me the replacement (the 3 seater one) but this doesn't fit either. They are too narrow in width across the sofa.
I contacted the company and they said that as i opted for the replacement that they will not let me return it for a refund. I have 2 covers and 2 cushion cases of no use. I am extremely disappointed with this company. They never advised this when they sent the replacement. I would not be buying from this company ever again.

I am very happy with my product. Sofa cover made my house looks beautiful. I am actually planning to go for another set of sofa covers. People do not realise they are sofa covers, they think they came with the sofas . That's how beautiful they are. I am so pleased with them and the cushion covers. Thank you for making my living room room pretty 😍. I am very happy with it.
