The Solo Mining Co' レビュー

Great service, answering all my questions as well as post sale support. Delivery was quick and efficient.

Fantastic service from Dunc, he went over and above to ensure that I got my order when I needed it!

Amazing service would highly recommend. Bitaxe was packaged securely and is now hashing like a gem. So easy to set up and I love the bit halo effect also!! Thank you so much!

Being able to pay in Bitcoin and receive a discount was great . Product arrived quickly and easy to setup instructions.

What a lovely little device the Supra is. Had it setup in mins from arrival. Duncan was great in all the comms regarding the sale, even though he was on the other side of the world at the time. Looking forward to getting a Gamma device at some point too.

Bitaxe chegou bem embalada, funcionando com suporte na cor escolhida e com a fonte e vários conectores inclusive para o Brazil.
demorou em media 1 mês para receber em casa infelizmente fui taxado. mas recomendo

Really good customer service, fixed a small issue quickly and efficiently.

Product is perfect, working exactly as it should.

Highly recommend The Solo Mining Co.

Great for the Bitcoin enthusiasts who wants to be part of the ever growing ecosystem and do their part in keeping the blockchain up and running. I’ve connected mine to an Umbrel node I’m running and it’s so cool to be solo mining with a 1 in 5 billion 😂 chance to get a golden coin 🤞 - I’ll get a few more to increase my odds 🤪. Love it.

The stars, faraway galaxies, it takes fuel to get there, fortunately there's people that make it... just possible.

Fantastic service, would happily use again

Fast and easy service. Can’t fault it. Great product too.

I recently bought the Bitaxe Supra miner from The Solo Mining, and I’m very impressed. The miner was easy to set up, and its performance is excellent—steady hash rates and efficient power use.

Delivery from The Solo Mining was quick and the item was well packaged. Great service!

Duncan helped me with a small issue - however all resolved and up and working just before he set off on his holiday! Thanks again Solo Mining

Fantastic service!

Unfortunately my bitaxe supra was delivered faulty, but Duncan was there every minute helping me troubleshoot the problem. When we couldn't fix it, he covered the shipping to return the miner and he sent a replacement the next day. Can't fault the service!

Great customer experience and communication throughout the order process. Tracking information was included after order and notification received from Royal Mail to confirm delivery. Bitaxe arrived quickly, as advertised and was super easy to set up. Great to have a trusted UK distributor around because I was looking for a Bitaxe for a few months.

Simple and easy shopping experience. Fast delivery.

Although I have not received my item yet, the purchase process was smooth and I have had communication as to the progress of my order.

The Solo Mining Co. are giving the opportunity to get our hands on a very sought after BitAxe.

Very pleased to secure one and the delivery was made within days of ordering.

Don't trust, verify.

Great devices already got my second one and I am sure will be more to come!

I had a problem with the miner and it was dealt with promptly, great communication, great service, definitely be back for more.
