Ignored by Customer Service
Right now, I am extremely disappointed. Previously had a great experience, so of course, I reordered from a company that had provided great service. However this time, I paid $31 for 1-3 shipping. It has now been 8 days, with 3 unanswered emails sent. I have used their Facebook messenger as well. It seems that no one wants to acknowledge my order or that fact that my order still shows âprocessingâ after I paid extra for expedited shipping. My others orders were received within 5 days of ordering - this is my 4th time ordering. This was supposed to be a gift and now obviously did not arrive on time. I truly do not appreciate being ignored by customer service.
Edit to add 2/9/24- after leaving this review my emails were found in a âspamâ folder. They did resend the headphones and included a free pair of wireless earbuds for the inconvenience. Only going from one star to three because it literally took two weeks of me attempting to reach customer service including a phone call that wasnât returned, and finally leaving the review that I feel got my situation resolved.
