Love these products! Very helpful for quelling psoriatic arthritis and keeping it a bay. The #4 oil has been particularly helpful. Do not care about the short-term subscription, which keeps everything quite financially upset. The very best and most constructive thing you could do is change the containers so that one can tell when the supply is getting low. Something clear or at least easy to open would be incredibly helpful. Those of us who cannot afford subscriptions and are paying full price need to see when the supply is running low.

The product is extremely slimy. When it dries it kinda cakes. Not something I would purchase again.

The product doesn’t work like it shows in the ad. The ad shows women putting it on their faces and their wrinkles disappear. My wrinkles don’t even look softened. The directions are confusing. The bottle says use morning and night. The paper that came with it says it’s best to use before bedtime. All the women in the ads look like they are all made up to go out. I’m just not happy.

Worst experience ever. I’m good faith, I ordered the three bottle special listed on the website. I only received one bottle and when I contacted Customer Service, they told me that I was only entitled to one bottle at the price offered. Even my order confirmation specifically says three bottle offer and when I was asked to review the product, the request to review also stated three bottle offer. I am very, very disappointed in this company and would never do business with them again and I will recommend to my friends to not do business with them.

Wish I had read the reviews of Spa Dr. They are crooks. I ordered 2 products from them. You never sign up for a subscription yet they slap you with one anyway. Then the next month when you receive the subscription item you never wanted, they offer for you to keep the item you never wanted in the first place (as I didn't even like the first one) and get half a refund, or you can send the item back and pay $10 for a restocking fee (such a deal). I'm thankful I used PayPal and was refunded 100 percent--AND I threw Spa Dr's worthless product in the trash.

Love this eye cream. It’s amazing

The advertising was misleading. It said 3 bottles $26.99. Even my order review stated 3 bottles 1 order x3. In reality, I am being told it is only 1 bottle. So far the product is a fair moisturizer but not much else.

I wanted to move my next delivery to a later date so i could finish my prev products first, and the customer representative was very helpful and accommodating. they made the process easy and stress free. I’ve been using the product for several years now and people are always surprised when they learn my real age.And jo one can guess it right hahahahaah

My first order was wrong so I called to cancel. The lady told me to wait until I got an email that said they were sending the next order; it would be in plenty of time to cancel. I received the second order the day I got the email. After much emailing Iwent online and only got an automated response. I was given the choice to mail the product back being refunded a lot less than I paid or keeping it at 40% off. Haven’t gotten any any response. Went to my PayPal account and saw that I have been charged twice! This is terrible!

Since I tried these skincare products, three months ago, I have switched off all my routine. They feel great, small clean and the results are starting to show. Im 65 and I can see some changes. Highly recommend.

The product ordered has worked very well

Shipping was excellent. I am working with the serum for thinning hair. I have already seen less hair in my brush. I have high hopes that this is the product that I needed.

I regret that when the order arrived that the seal was broken on one of the products. It may have been a manufacturing issue but would not try to use it. Therefore, requested a return label. It was sent back on the 16th.

My item arrived very fast and was packaged securely. I also received a free gift that I appreciate.

I have found products that I really love in my daily routine. I love the collagen that I add to my coffee. I can see the difference when I’m not using it. It mixes well and does not change the taste. I also like the the skin salts in the blood orange flavor that I add to water daily. The prices are fair and their customer service is very good.

when i had a problem someone responded very quickly and resolved my issue. that is rare today

It arrived immediately!! And while I’ve only used it for three days thus far, it feels fantastic!! I will be using automatic deliveries & continue using faithfully as I feel like it’s already started to work.

I received a bottle of Neck & Chest Firming Cream to try. I like the smell of it as it smells like vanilla cake batter. I'm looking forward to experiencing the long term benefits of this product after twice daily use.

I have been using the eye cream for about two to three weeks and I really love the consistency, as for how it has been working for me, I have yet to see a big change as I need to use it for longer. I recommend it if you are looking for an eye cream that is soft in smell and clean ingredients. - Jessica (Liammlove)
