We genuinely wish we could provide free return shipping for all our customers, but unfortunately, we are bound by our return policy, which clearly states that international return costs are the customer’s responsibility. In order to make things smoother for our customers in such situations, our team often offers partial refunds as an alternative option, so you don’t have to bear the high shipping costs of returning the item.

We also want to clarify that we operate multiple branches across the world, and depending on the stock availability at the time of processing, your order can be shipped from different locations. We are deeply saddened to read this review, especially after the extensive communication we had with you to try to resolve the matter. We value every customer and feel it’s unfair to be portrayed as deceptive when we have been transparent about our processes from the start.

We operate multiple branches worldwide and ship orders from the location where stock is available during processing. In your case, the product was dispatched from our overseas warehouse, as clearly stated in our shipping policy. The hoodie you received was exactly the model we had listed, we do not deal in counterfeit products, and we stand by the authenticity of our stock.

We exchanged more than 30 emails with you, offering solutions, including a full refund upon return or a 50% goodwill refund if you preferred to keep the item. Unfortunately, you declined to return it. All returns must be sent to the fulfillment location as per our policy. This is a standard practice for retailers.

It is hurtful to see such accusations when we made every effort to accommodate you, even offering options outside our normal policy to avoid causing you further inconvenience. We work hard to serve customers in the UK, and we believe your review does not reflect the full context of our interaction.

We kindly request you reconsider or update this review, as we feel it does not fairly represent our genuine attempts to resolve your concerns.
