The team followed up to see if I had received their response to my initial inquiry. They graciously solved my issue and I am a happy customer. In addition to making sure I was satisfied with their email answers they also gave me a credit on some of the toothbrush heads, which were causing the issue with my toothbrush. i remain a contented customer.

Our 5 year old grandson is now excited to brush his teeth and we did not have to purchase a plastic electric toothbrush! When I accidentally ordered replacement heads to be shipped to the wrong address, I could reach Sustainable Tomorrow directly and they corrected the address immediately. Well made, sustainable products with personal, responsive customer service… it’s a winner!

A great and ethical company, creating products of high quality. I’m really happy with my sonic bamboo brush. When I had problems with it, they immediately replaced it. Sustainable Tomorrow’s mission is inspiring to the future of the environment. Their customer support team is wonderful as they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I ran into an issue with the motor of my base malfunctioning and the team was quick to send me a replacement. A year later I ran into issues with the toothbrush heads no longer fitting properly and again the customer support team were quick to respond and correct the problem. I will continue to use their products and encourage others to also.

I’ve always had a good experience with these guys!! I got the bamboo electric toothbrush over 6 years ago, and in that I’ve had two end up with issues.
Each were replaced with no fuss. I provided video evidence of what I was experiencing and they sent a brand new one of no cost to me quickly.
Does it get any better than that?
I love that I can clean my teeth really well and feel good about the disposable option for the tips. It’s a genius design.

The customer service team was very helpful. When the toothbrush was not working properly they gave me a troubleshoot to try and when that didn’t work, they said they will gladly send me a new one. The process was very easy and I appreciate a company that cares about their product and the customers that use them!

Seriously the Best brush for your teeth!
The entire line of products is absolutely amazing. I purchased my toothbrush, case last year, and the way this particular toothbrush keeps my teeth super clean and sparkly white is like no other I had in the past. I’m very picky when it comes to my oral hygiene and Sustainable Tomorrow is helping me tremendously in making sure I do! I highly recommend it and you seriously will not be disappointed!

Love the bamboo toothbrush heads for Sonicare electric brushes! I've tried cheaper versions from other brands, but those ended up losing the fit (expanded and losened on the tip). These hold their form and work great. Customer service pulled through perfectly when I ordered 2 packages of toothbrush heads and one of the packages ended up being incorrect (there was a barcode error on their packaging). They corrected it immediately by sending a replacement plus a free gift for the hassle. I'll be sticking with this company as long as I can!

Our subscription order was stolen from mailbox during holiday season. SustainableTomorrow immediately responded and shipped a new order, free of charge. The items were delivered just days later. That is how you build longterm customers, thank you!

I've had the bamboo sustainable tomorrow toothbrush for two years. It has a good selection of different vibrations to choose from. That's what I like about it. Instead of a circular action is has more of a stationary vibration,easy on the gums. Of course not to mention the composting of the toothbrush heads.

With all of the craziness of holiday gift ordering, I accidentally ordered the Junior Toothbrush Head replacement 3 pack when I meant to order an adult size. I contacted the company to see if I could exchange the junior size for adult. They gave me clear instructions on how to return the junior size and then quickly got back to me with the correct product. They were beyond friendly, and helpful. I am very satisfied with the customer service as well as the toothbrush and toothbrush heads.

I accidentally ordered the wrong thing from their website, quickly emailed. I was met with really quick cancelation and a promise of refund within 5-10 bus. days. I do appreciated feeling seen and heard in and amongst a digital landscape that can feel so frustrating and void. Thank you for the human touch.

This product has proven to be both faulty and dangerous. It emits an unpleasant and overpowering smell, and using it causes physical discomfort, including pain in my teeth and head.
I was specifically seeking a sustainable, healthy option to accommodate my sensitive needs. This product is unsuitable for me, and I am particularly concerned about the lack of information regarding potential sensory issues in its description.

Love Love Love these electric toothbrushes! I purchased two last year, one for myself and one for my husband, and they've been wonderful for our oral hygiene. A real game-changer. We do our best to live a more environmentally sustainable life making little shifts and adaptations. With these efforts we were using traditional-style bamboo toothbrushes, however, knowing the value of using electric toothbrushes for our overall dental health, It is so nice to enjoy electric while not compromising our sustainability values and efforts. This year, our adult children get them in their stockings :-). The folks at Sustainable Tomorrow have also been wonderful and very responsive to any questions I've had along the way. Thank You!!!!
