Great product, fast delivery many thanks

Very helpful when I asked questions about the product,

Goods have not been delivered. No point asking for feedback before delivery truck arrives. This is just silly.

The Fed X delivery made no effort to let me know they had arrived to deliver my parcel, instead they they left a card instructing me to go and collect it from a shop 20 mins away each direction.

Upon my collecting the parcel, I was asked for ID which I provided and then asked to sign for it! I am furious with this service, I paid to have it delivered and that is what I expect! I don’t expect to run around wasting my time doing the job FedX couldn’t be bothered to do

Delivery was fast and got exactly what was ordered with a bonus gift. Thanks 😁

Had the worst experience with Thetford , put a new fridge in our van $4100 fitted, and the after sales service is terrible, take your money and then it is your problem, 8 days in a caravan park with no fridge till it was resolved

Free toilet satchel and reasonable delivery fee

Tried to politely return this item un opened.
Thetford simply ignored all correspondence after first request. Seemed to me that they ignored to stretch out return time beyond their return policy.
Now $1000 out of pocket with an oven I do not need.
Terrible service.
Will never shop with them again.

Tried to order online your payment system was down had to ring direct to order still couldn’t pay wait on call backs that didn’t happen call again multiple time took over a week before I could order and pay

happy with the product and the quick delivery. Wasn't happy that the courier just dropped the item just over the front fence where anybody could have taken it. There was no reason why it could not have been left at the front door.

We are very impressed by the fantastic service provided by Thetford when we ordered a replacement toilet for our motorhome. It was delivered in a few days exactly as promised and the changeover fitting was painless. The price was very reasonable and we can thoroughly recommend dealing with this Company.

Once the order was placed over the phone and paid for it was here the next day!! OMG so happy.
