Super fast delivery and just what I needed.

Prompt delivery and a good product at a good price.

I would have preferred to place my order over the phone with a person. I would have been able to ask for approximate delivery times. The first person I spoke to at your business flatly refused to take my order, Not Happy. I went to your website and order a replacement C200 toilet cassette unit. But I found the section for delivery annoying, I had to enter my information a couple of times.
Your return emails after I finished the order was very quick. The issue that I have now is that I am not able to track my order, I tap on the con number but nothing happens. I have printed a copy and taken it to my caravan service agent, (J&S Caravan Services) so they know what it is for. Therefore until they receive this product I am not able to give you a complete review

Helpful administrative staff, product knowledge & timely delivery.

The delivery instructions we entered on the order were not on the package and not adhered to. Hence we had to take extra steps to pick package up rather than delivery. Your order has a space for delivery instructions. Please put them on the package.

Product as always excellent. Information on tracking freight was poor, Tracking number supplied but tracking company was shown as 'other' so unable to track delivery

Sales consultant was very accommodating when I called up with an issue with me order and resolved it straight away and with satisfied results.

Only took a couple of business days to arrive

Ripped off by one of thier supposed expert dealership s who hadn't got a clue what they were on about. Wrote my fridge off and I had to buy a new one 4500 dollars. Later to discover the problem was a faulty electrical board which would have cost 120 dollars. Bunch of criminals.
