Original writer never completed the project. After several back and forth with TUW a new writer was selected to finish the project, which completed the project almost 8 months later. When it was time to do book cover, I was advised that because the original project was fulfilled under another name I had to repay.

Best Customer Service, Customer Resolution & Best De-Escalation Service
I am still in the process of completing a project with them, but so far, their customer service has been awesome. Great software, Great freelancers, quick and efficient communication and response. Easily resolve any issue encountered by their clients and very transparent process. Overall, they have been great and I look forward to working with them continuously.

the system is extremely difficult to understand. There is no one I can speak to directly, and have to send emails. While they are quick to respond, I do not understand the instructions provided in the emails, and no amount of asking questions have allowed me to achieve the results I want to achieve with my books. I have multiple books in process, and none finished due to this difficulty.

First and foremost, My writer was excellent to work with in every way. She was on time and delivered an amazing manuscript. So far the book has received 30 reviews with an average rank of 4.9 stars.

Impressed with my first project at Urban Writers
This was my first project at Urban Writers. I am very impressed with the quality of the writers, editors, the lady who did my formatting, and the designer of my book cover. Communication was seamless and all questions were answered efficiently. A great package.
