Timely and Precise Output. My enquiry with them was for market research. At every stage of the research I had an update on the status of the research and that I was able to affirm they were on the right direction. Any suggestions or feedbacks were valued and immediate action was taken to move forward. Overall had a great experience and continue to work for longer time.

Well the team is very good , when they are doing their research they go deeper into the their research. My team was being lead by Varalakshmi , excellent lady .When ever I send a message she actually responds as quick as possible. I am happy that I am working with guys on my product research now we are almost 80% but with the results that they have produced 👌🔥.

I have hired Utopian VA two years ago to manage the daily operations of my online shop. I was unsure whether the service was good or not before joining. But the work with my VA has been outstanding and the communication quick and convenient. Considering the time my VA saved me by managing the business for me, the service is extremely cost-effective. I am able to focus on growing the business, instead of answering customer messages, dealing with suppliers and refunds, admin, etc. I also especially appreciate that the VA always updates me when important tasks are done, so I can easily keep track of my business.

Working with Minnu and the rest of the Utopian team has been fantastic. When I first started the store, I had no idea what I was getting into or the time it would require from me. It was clear pretty quickly I was not going to be able to keep up and I definitely needed help. Minnu has been a life saver, keeping up on the day to day and always keeping me informed on what is going on with the store. Utopian VA is mostly a good company and I am mostly happy with the service I receive from them. There have been some minor issues which do get sorted out.

The main issue relates the fact that my store currently costs me more than I am making in monthly profits so although UVA colleagues are good and maintain the virtual store it is not generating me any income at present.

Because UVA operates with personnel in India and there is a time difference of around 4 hours sometimes there is a delay/conflict when servicing UK clients.

Hopefully my store will increase its sales and profits and I will then be delighted to give top marks to UVA Ltd.

Utopian VA is most definitely the best ecommerce VA service that you could ever ask for. VAs are highly knowledgeable in all geographies of selling on Amazon and know how to deal with highly frustrating annoyances (i.e. customer complaints, compliance issues, competitor attacks) and are able to allow you to focus solely on ensuring your quality products are delivered safely and securely to the customer. All that it took was jumping through the COUNTLESS hurdles AMZ throws at you to get a professional account set up, making sure logistics are all set and products were ready to ship. The rest were all taken care of by UVA!

I love Utopian VA ltd because they allowed me to build my business, With my full time job. I did'nt have the time to keep up to date with running the store. I wasn't also familiar with the day to day and admin, I beleive Utopian VA is different from other services that offer Virtual Assistant Services because you have an assistant who is working on your store every day and given you regular updates. I was really surprise with how friendly my assistant is and her passion for my store. If one is skeptical about using a UVA, they should'nt be as this is one of the best investments I'm made.
