Utopian VA Limited レビュー

I have been with UVA from March 2022. When I first joined, I had no idea what to expect from the experience.

In my brief time here, I've interacted with several assistants—but Linnet has been the primary contact for me who has been looking after my store and the customers very well. She is very helpful and supportive. she's always upbeat and friendly, while also being extremely professional. She always responds quickly when I reach out to her with questions or concerns, which is really important to me as both a business owner and an individual.

I highly recommend UVA!

I have been with Utopian for over 8 months and my experience with Utopian VA Ltd has been very good. Communication has been key and the store managers have always been available and responsive. I would like to say a big thank you to Pooja Bhosagi for overseeing my store on a day to day basis and for her professionalism and hard work.

Iv been using the Sevices of Utopia VA's now since 2020. I cannot fault their service at all. From day 1 they have been so helpful. My personal account manager, Preethi is a god send. She's absolutely amazing and takes care of any arising issues promptly. Communication is outstanding. I'm very very thankful for the work that they do and will continue usung their services for the future. Once again thank you Petthi and the team for evrything🙏

Utopian VA is an amazing company with a very professional and helpful team. Mr. Shuvam Shukla has been assisting me with running my Amazon store and I am beyond appreciative of his expertise and knowledge about the Amazon platform. Shuvam is extremely friendly, patient, dedicated and encouraging and he has really gone above my expectations in terms of guiding me and ensuring that everything runs smoothly in my Amazon store. Honestly, I would be lost without him. I highly recommend Utopian VA and Shuvam to anyone looking for the best in the business.

Shuvam was such an amazing partner. He did every little thing he could to make our experience positive. He always went out of his way to explain every step he was making in our account so that we understood every process. He is such an asset. If I had a business I would find a way to snatch him up from you and employ him myself. Even though we have since parted ways with the company that employs Utopian, I will always think of Shuvam and his dedication to excellence. You have a great employee!

I can only say the best about cooperation with Utopian partners. When I decided to start a dropshipping bussines, the most experienced partners who have been working in this field for a long time immediately recommended to cooperate with Utopian in order to achieve results as quickly as possible. This is especially important when starting a business! This cooperation really paid off and saved me a lot of time, besides, the necessary tasks were performed much better than I could have done, because Utopian colleagues have the necessary experience. Compared to other partners, Utopian has a humane attitude, being open to new solutions and adapting individually to the client's needs. If you are not sure whether Utopian is suitable, I recommend just trying it, because there is no need to sign a long-term contract, if something is not satisfactory, the cooperation can be terminated after a month. I personally also decided to give it a try and have been their customer for almost half a year now and will continue to use their services in the future!
