Uzzle is fun in a box. We are enjoying every box that has come. Staff was supportive and prompt with my issues!!

We absolutely love every game we have received. We have a family game night that our 4-year-old grands and our children in their 30s can all enjoy. It is great for cognitive thinking.. Thank you, Uzzle, for our nights of entertainment

Absolutely horrible experience! They surreptitiously hook you into an ongoing subscription. When you ultimately realize what is going on and request to return the unopened games and get a refund, they offer you a 50% discount on the games rather than return your money. I did not order, nor did I want, the additional games. After multiple attempts to resolve with the company, I requested that my credit card company remove the charge.

I ordered uzzle and I’m in Canada and I still haven’t got it. It’s going on three months now. I notified them once they said it was coming but after two months it’s still not here

Uzzle Company has great customer service. Our game was missing a sticker on one side. They are sending a replacement game which is amazing. We never expected that.Thank you so much.

We received Uzzle as a gift and have really been enjoying the game as a family. It's fun for all ages! Games are quick and it's super easy to set up, which makes it a perfect activity. One of the game pieces we received was missing a sticker. It's rare these days to have a positive customer service interaction, but I wanted to say thank you to the Uzzle team for quickly responding. I was expecting to just get a replacement game piece, but they actually sent us a whole new game, which will allow more players to play. Can't wait!

My experience with trustpilot has been a true trustful relationship. The team has been so understanding and wonderful that I had to end my membership due to financial reasons.. and we’re kind and generous about canceling my membership. However!! I will be back!! and the games I have received have been an absolute hit at game night with friends! These games have brought more memories more laughs, and more fun to our nights! The group of friends I play with are in the range of 30 to 50 years old and we all have a blast with these games! I highly recommend bringing more laughter and fun to your game nights.

A really entertaining game for the whole family! If you’re someone (especially a parent) who doesn’t want to spend a lot of time learning a new complicated game but likes games that keep your mind active, Uzzle is an excellent choice. Also customer service was top notch and generously helped us with a missing piece in the game we got. I would highly recommend this company and their games!

I order Uzzle and Uzzle Stack Royale for Christmas and they are great unique games for all ages in family game night. There are ways to make them easier or harder for different age/experience. I accidently signed up for a subscription during my purchase and was quote frustrated being charged unexpectedly. I emailed customer care and they responded by end of day and refund the monthly charge and ended my subscription for me. Ill definitely go to uzzle for future games and would consider subscription when I have the budget.

So SICK AND TIRED of companies HIDING subscription language in purchases to FRAUDULENTLY charge individuals for future purchases. UTTERLY RIDICULOUS that there is NEVER ANY CONTACT PHONE NUMBER and you hope and pray the the cancellation will go through before the next $100 or more charges occur.

The games are really made of good quality material and fun! I ordered a Christmas package around Thanksgiving, but, they were out of stock and it took about 7 weeks to get my order completed, and I deducted one star for that. The customer service (I am in United States) did respond to my emails within 24 hours and were always trying to make me happy. This is not a scam as I first feared, they just over promised delivery timelines.

I bought an Uzzle game for Christmas. Later found out I had signed up for a subscription and started getting more games every month. I was not happy. Texted the company, they would not give me my full refund. After a few texts back and forth, the problem was resolved and I did get a full refund. Their customer service did listen and resolved the problem of which I am thankful. The game I have has really been fun. So my review has changed. Just be aware of subscriptions when you order anything on line.

I love the game Uzzle! Along the way, I mistakenly signed up for the game subscription service. When I emailed to ask to end the service, I was walked through the process and totally left feeling positive about this company!

I love this game. Watching my grandkids playing the game with us. I have since ordered another 2 games. 1 for myself and 1 for a friend

My grandchildren and I have loved playing Uzzle games! I love the fact that Uzzle makes critical thinking skills fun for kids. It "sneaks learning up on them."

Also, Uzzle has great Customer Service. They responded quickly to my question with personal attention and helpful feedback.
