We love this new game of Uzzle, really makes you think, it’s a great gift, we got our adult daughters playing with us and even they loved it, very different to our usual games, excellent way to keep the mind thinking 🤔
We bought 3 games, 2 for gifts and 1 for ourselves and we recommend it 100%

An ad for Uzzle popped up on my Instagram feed, and I knew my grandbabies would absolutely love it. I bought it as a Christmas gift, and they couldn’t wait to play it the very next day. They spent two weeks with my husband and me, and Uzzle was their favorite game, surpassing all their other toys.

I couldn’t resist taking advantage of their incredibly generous after-Christmas specials, which included five games. I also ordered the Uzzle extension! The extension arrived and the moment it was delivered, my grandbabies and I were hard at work on Level 5 - I’m not good AT ALL!, The additional games are cleverly hidden away until my grandbabies’ 10th birthday next week.

Unfortunately, due to a backorder, the five-game set was delayed, and I was worried I wouldn’t get them in time. I reached out to the seller, and Bernadette was incredibly understanding and kept me updated throughout the process. When my order finally arrived, it included two extra board games for free! That’s the kind of customer experience that truly keeps me coming back!

I’ve already made up my mind to purchase an Uzzle board game for my nieces, nephews, and even my “fake nieces and nephews” who are turning 12 or under this year. I think that’s about 11 or 12 households!

We’ll be a part of the Uzzle family, sharing our own incredible stories and creating unforgettable memories together!

My very first order had products missing so I contacted customer service and they more than made it right. That restored my confidence in a company I had not done business with before! They had a Christmas special offered and I now felt confident to purchase again! We took the Uzzle games on vacation with us shortly after they arrived and played them with our grandchildren. The joy we had playing with them and watching the excitement and laughter in them made a very memorable time for us all! When the Christmas bundle arrived my grandchildren couldn’t wait to start playing them! Thank you Uzzle for offering quality products and exceptional customer service! It’s been a pleasure doing business with you!

I bought 2 games as gifts. Beware of this company. When you make a purchase you are placed on an automatic subscription that I was unaware at checkout. If you don’t cancel they will charge your card

Ordered and never received product. Customer service is non existent. Worst company ever do not order from this company

Beware as this company is not clear and what you are purchasing. I was charged an additional $29.99 after my order converted to a subscription. They said that the free game included in my first order was in turn my first subscription purchase and they would not be sending another game for the first subscription charge. This was not clearly explained at the time of purchase and customer service has been very challenging to deal with.

I did not know that a previous order had the provision that I would receive new game every 2-3 months unless I canceled my subscription. So not know this, I received the first shipment in early January. I contacted Uzzle and after 3-4 emails between the two of us, Uzzle refunded the total cost of the two games I received, plus allowed me to keep the games. I gave the games to one of the local elementary schools that my granddaughter attends.

Not happy as the puzzle company is charging my card for games I didn’t order! Trying to figure out how to stop them but am getting no response!

Although the game is good, do not order from the company itself. Find a store to buy it from. When I ordered, they offered a “free” gift. I didn’t pay attention to it, but a month later was charged $30 for a subscription, because I didn’t send the gift back! Apparently it was a free trial!

Update: I did finally hear back from Uzzle, and they refunded the extra charge. Just be careful to read your invoice before buying from them.

Got the Uzzle game as a gift and we are addicted! Not as easy as it looks folks! I cannot figure out how my 11 year old granddaughter beats me so often. Really fun with kids in the mix, but my wife and I enjoy playing it by ourselves too, we feel our brain really gets a work out!!! I would recommend this game for sure!

It seems that I am not the only one who ordered uzzle game on 11/12/25 and still waiting for the item . I’ve sent email on 17/12, 18/12 and 19/12 , only received the reply on 22/12 and mentioned that they had technical scanning issues that caused dispatch and tracking delays . I haven’t heard anything since then and no uzzle game .

I ordered on 11th December and still have not received my order - I followed up with the freight company who have now advised on 3 occasions that my order has not been booked for collection. I have emailed the company numerous times and received one response on 19 December advising that I would definitely receive my order before Christmas. It is now 13th of January and there is still no indication that it has been sent. I am tired of sending emails to them and have now contacted my bank to dispute the transaction. Do not order from this company if you are actually hoping to receive the item you paid for, you will be extremely disappointed and frustrated at their lack of response - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, as someone else has suggested source the product elsewhere if you really want it.

I ordered this game on 30.11.2025 as a christmas gift for my grandchild. I believed this was from an Australian site, which I later learned was not the case. An alternate gift was sourced at the last minute. The game has still not arrived at its destination as at 05.01.2026. I have contacted the company numerous times without a successful outcome. Think very carefully before purchasing this game, as they are definitely not a reputable business.

order placed DEC 9, for 3 units as gifts, nearly a month & nothing. No replies to emails, there is no contact phone in Australia...

Game arrived quickly & family really enjoyed playing it. The game seems easy but is a challenge. I had to contact customer services & they dealt with my issue swiftly & kept me informed. Would definitely use again.

Ordered and paid for game 12th December and have not received as yet , delivery 5 to 7 days advertised. They continue to send me emails for my review of the product. And i have repeatedly replied that i havnt received it yet. . I request a receive email but no reply. I want people to be aware.
