I placed an order on the 9/11/25. As of 3/12/25 I have still not received it. Twice I received an email (on 21/11 and 28/11) with a tracking link and both linked to an invalid address. I sent a complaint email on the 29/11/25. I was told that the reason the tracking links did not work was because the carrier was still updating them at the time I tried. They are still not working. I was told that I would be sent new updates as they came in. I am still waiting for an update. I was given a warehouse phone number to call to check the parcel status. No-one was available to take my call and I am now waiting for a call back. I have also received up to three marketing emails per day promoting Black Friday specials. Very aggressive marketing strategy and appalling customer service.

Fun game just on the expensive side. Look forward to playing in a big group

To date I have still not received my order. Have tried to contact the mobile number provided by the support department but it is useless. No one returns your message and the voicemail box is constantly full. I ordered from the website but I believe the company is a scam so please if you really want to order this game downs the extra and order from Amazon. Under no circumstances order through the website as you will not only end up frustrated but out of pocket

I would actually give them a zero star... i ordered now 3 weeks ago and no shipping information still and when i ring up they barely answer or the 'Voice mail is full' response gets played and then if you do get through to a human at some point they tell you it's coming the next day and it doesn't turn up - very dodgy and not sure i'll be seeing any product so please be alert to this.

I ordered this with the extension and have not been able to get and confirmation or consignment number to track after 3 weeks. Customer service gave me a mobile number to contact the warehouse which was engaged, then msg to leave details, then a different msg which cut off in the middle. This is a scam website.

I purchased a game through Uzzle months ago, which was great. Unfortunately, Uzzle continues to text marketing material to me almost daily and usually several times a day. I haven't been able to stop their aggressive marketing. I do NOT recommend Uzzle for that reason.

I had an issue with my order and needed to contact customer support. They're responses were always quick, friendly and offered a fair and fast resolution.

I gave my grandkids( 3 and 7) the Uzzle game last year.The whole family could play at different levels. They loved it! When I went for a visit I got to play it too!!! It was a winner for sure !

Ordered Uzzle and unintentionally did the game subscription. So easy to cancel the subscription and the experience was positive.

This company has the best customers service I've ever experienced. Bernadette replied to all my questions and concerns almost immediately and to my great satisfaction. Thank you!

Still haven't received my order after almost a month. Wondering if this is a scam.

My experience was wonderful! I saw the ad on Facebook and was happy to see games that are not just educational but fun. It does get them off their tablets!! Bonus!
They are affordable and good quality games. Plus not everyone has them. My grandchildren love them and that says it all!

I have purchased a few Uzzle games. Some for my grandkids. I have played all of them with them and they enjoyed all of them. They even ask me to play them which is nice since they like their ipads way too much.

Stellar customer service. I requested to cancel reoccurring shipments which I agreed to in error. Response was timely and subscriptions cancelled. Caring efficient customer service should be part of your logo

Excellent customer service, prompt attention to questions & issues. Willingness to please the customer. Games are an excellent way to get family, friends & children together and have some fun.

We ordered five games through Walmart for our grandchildren for Christmas. The game box is made of corrugated cardboard which is easily damaged and one already was when we received it. The game pieces themselves are individual paper designs glued to the sides of the plastic cubes making them easy to damage when handled by adults and even more so when handled by children.

There was a mix up with my order. I ordered two games and only received one with the special edition box. I smelled customer service. They responded quickly and apologized it was an overbite on their end. They sent me out my missing game and the special edition to complete my order. I received it with in days.
Communication was excellent. I have told friends about the game and about my positive experience with this company

I tried to place an order - it said I qualified for free shipping. When I went to checkout, they were charging $27 to ship! I couldn't even find a link to ask for help.
