We were absolutely delighted with the Routemaster provided on our wedding day! The bus was a true highlight, especially for our American guests who were thrilled to experience such an iconic British bus! It brought so much fun and excitement to the day!

The vintage bus company provided an amazing service and professionalism throughout the whole day. Everything ran so smoothly, and we’re so grateful for your attention to detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend

Concur with many of the other reviews:
- great communications and questions prior to the day, giving us lots of confidence they knew what they were doing
- executed as per the schedule / timings they shared pre event
- bus looked fantastic and beautifully decorated
- conductor did a great job of helping us set up the music, and then kept the drinks flowing
- created a really fun atmosphere for the wedding and the guests absolutely loved it

We hired the bus for our wedding and the service we got from the company was fantastic, they were lightning-fast in their responses to our questions. The bus arrived on time looking beautiful, and while my husband and didn't ride it (we were making our own way), not only did our guests love posing with it, riding it and singing along to the playlist, it even put a smile on the faces of passers-by. We have also been able to keep the banners as souvenirs. If you are considering them for your wedding make sure to contact them WELL in advance, we contacted them a year before our wedding and they had one bus left! Sign of a great service, I suppose! Booked two routemaster buses for my daughter’s wedding in London at the weekend. Buses arrived promptly and looked great. Staff were lovely and helped serve the drinks we had organised. We were also able to play music from a prepared play list. The whole experience was efficient and lots of fun. Definitely one of the highlights of our day! Support was also great from the office when making all the arrangements. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend VRB to enhance your wedding day!

I booked the Vintage Red Bus Company for my wedding in London last week, my guests and I had a great time! The team were very punctual and were more than happy to provide the drinks i'd sent to their warehouse a couple days before! I really liked that all our guests also received a bus ticket as a keepsake! It's a great touch to a wedding and great fun! I highly recommend.

The Vintage Red Bus Company were a dream to work with from start to finish. They were really helpful through the booking process and making sure we had everything in place prior to the day.

On the day, the bus turned up nice and early and our conductor helped set everything up and was extremely friendly and helpful. Our driver was fantastic and had to navigate some pretty tight roads, but got us to our destination bang on time. I'd highly recommend to anyone!

A fantastic addition to our wedding day. We had a wonderful journey from ceremony to reception via a tour around Oxford. Conor was extremely efficient and made some great suggestions for the journey. The driver and conductor were both great and it really became a huge part of the day for everyone. We can highly recommend VRB. Absolutely 5*

We hired two buses to take guests from the church to the venue. The arrangements were not the most straightforward but Conor and the team were so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. On the day the buses looked amazing and added a whole new dimension to the wedding experience! Thank you all of the team!

We booked a vintage red bus to transport our guests from the ceremony to the reception. All of our friends and family loved the bus journey - they didn't expect it to be such a fun part of the day and we were really grateful that we were able to serve a few tins on board and play some music - it really helped set the tone for the rest of the day.

Conor was super helpful in the run-up and was quick to answer any questions - we would highly recommend them for any event.

We went on a tour with two buses, with signs designed just for us, and when some locals did not approve of our being there, the drivers did not hesitate to stand up for us. They did way more than their job! Thank you so much - absolutely recommend!

A very wonderful trip to Hambleden with those buses ! As a french I was happy to go and sit in old buses that are very cleaned and well-loved.
The team was absolutely the best, taking care of us, chatting with us and did not hesitated a second when some people from the village attacked us.

What a wonderful experience this was! I loved being on the doubledecker and the buses even had special destination signs!
I felt safe the entire time and most of all the drivers were absolutely fantastic, friendly and wholesome people. And true professionals too! Cannot recommend enough <3

I went for a trip with a large group of people and the team assisting us was very professional and kind. We encountered some issues on site with some locals that didn't approve people walking around their village on a sunday and the team really stood up for us in the most assertive but also polite way. We were all very grateful and impressed, I don't know if 5 stars is enough.

We travelled on these fantastic vintage buses to the village of Hambleden for The Ineffable Con 5 (a charity event raising money for Alzheimer’s research).

Sadly, one or two of the locals there targeted our drivers, being obnoxious, rude, stating disturbance ‘on the sabbath’ and claiming to be christians whilst behaving far from it. We were all quiet and respectful in the village, as we all know it is a quiet village full of the homes of people. The drivers conducted themselves with far more grace and decorum than the aforementioned individuals, who clearly have missed the repeated verses in the bible about hospitality to strangers.

The drivers also had to endure our renditions of Queen songs on the bus, so they deserve a medal.

A fantastic service on the buses. Would certainly recommend.

My group and I were wrongfully attacked, insulted and threatened by a group of villagers at our destination and the bus driver came to our defence without hesitation.

We're all beyond grateful for this kind of allyship and wish them only the best!

The bus itself was gorgeous to look at and ride on, it was such an unique experience.

We booked two buses for transport during a charity fundraising event, and Conor and his team were absolutely incredible. They really went above and beyond in making everything run smoothly and ensuring everyone had a good time. Conor was also fabulous in the pre-event communications, very responsive and accommodating. Would 100% use VRB again for future events. I would even plan something that requires transport just to be able to use them again!

Absolutely wonderful time had by all on our little vintage red bus adventure! Beautifully well kept buses driven by the friendliest of drivers. Would absolutely do it all again!

Lovely old buses in excellent condition and run by genuinely lovely people. All extremely friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

The bus drivers were absolutely delightful and very helpful. We met with some rather unpleasant locals on our trip to Hambleden and they managed the situation so gracefully, protecting the passengers from this harassment and very respectfully standing their ground in the wake of the absolutely ridiculous and aggressive complaints of the handful of locals, which had nothing whatsoever to do with their impeccable job and their punctual adhering to the rules of traffic.
