Thank you to the team at The Vintage Red Bus Company for transporting our wedding guests – and us – in style!
As we came out of the church the bus looked incredible, and all the additional décor of the flowers, the blinds with our names on made really added to the occasion.
Both the driver and conductor (Chris and Cathy) were really patient whilst we got all of the photos at the church and at the venue, and we loved being able to have drinks on the bus to be able to get the party started!

We want to say a huge thank you to Neil, Beverley and the Vintage Red Bus Company for being so amazing and adding that extra special touch to our wedding day! The bus was beautiful, our guests absolutely loved it! It was also great that we were able to provide our guests with drinks on the way back to the venue after Church that the bus driver had kept cool. Fab service and really reasonable price to hire too. This company made my wife cry with sadness on her wedding day. We booked this company on 1st June 2019 for a church to reception trip. Apart from the poorly dressed driver and the conductor with very little to say and no real willingness to help when I asked how many spare seats were left - the bus arrived at our reception venue, waited 35 minutes and then left without asking before we had the opportunity to take photographs, even though we had confirmed contact telephone numbers for the best man and bridesmaid. It meant we paid over £600 for a glorified taxi and have absolutely no photographic evidence of the bride and groom standing on/with/anywhere near the bus on our big day - but at least the staff got a nice early finish! We complained, were offered a less than 10% refund (which in itself is an admission of poor service) and I'm now speaking to a solicitor around their breach of contract. Dont put yourself through the same pain and book with a reputable firm that would look after their customers.

I am a wedding planner and organised a bus for my clients for a tour of London.
Many messages between myself and the ever helpful Beverley were made, Neil our bus driver was fantastic with his route planning and Cathy the conductor was fab.
I cannot recommend The Vintage Red Bus Company enough, I will certainly be using them again and will recommend them to my clients

DIAMOND DAYS EVENTS

We hired the vintage routemaster on the day of our wedding and it was one of the best purchases we made! Our venue was a few miles away from the church, and there was little parking around the church for guests to use. We asked guests to park at the venue and catch the routemaster to and from the church. I contacted Beverley to enquire about hiring a bus and nothing was too much trouble, Beverley recommended a larger bus (which was just as well because lots of our guests decided to use it) and took the time to call and email me through the details. The bus even stopped off to pick up guests staying enroute and dropped guests off at the church early enough to have a drink in the local pub. All of our guests have been raving about what a good idea it was and how much they loved the journey, but it also took away all the worries of hiring extra bridal cars to take the bridal party to the venue and meant that the street was not so crowded that the wedding car could get through (and all of our neighbours didn't get blocked in!) Even better, we were able to have photos with the bus which just set the day off perfectly, and we were able to keep the bus blind for our memento box. Thank you Beverley and all the staff at The Vintage Red Bus Company!

We have used The Vintage Red Bus Company for our Christmas party 4 years in a row now and every year they provide an incredible service. They are professional, friendly, punctual and very tolerant of our out of tune singing. Would recommend to anyone - just not on the same night as us!

Great service from start to finish! Communication excellent. Everything is included in the price which is really helpful. They took delivery of drinks for the bus and handed them out for us. Perfect! Highly recommend!

We used the Vintage Red Bus Company for our wedding to take our guests between our church and reception venue. The bus was nicely decorated, came with personalised blinds and allowed us to serve drinks and play music throughout the journey to get the celebrations going. All the guests loved the bus and commented on what a unique experience it added. The buses are in wonderful condition and also gave us some great photos.

Beverley was amazing, she was so helpful and friendly with the organising, and so quick to answer any questions we had, really making us feel at ease.

We used Vintage Red Bus Company for our wedding on 27th October 2017. Dealing with Beverley in the first instance was amazing! She was so helpful with every aspect of the organisation and made us feel at ease that everything would go to plan. Customer service truly is world class.

The crew that turned up on the day were very accommodating and were really helpful seating the guests and handing out beer and champagne for the second leg of the trip. They allowed photographs after they had finished the driving to add to our scrap book which was amazing.

I would highly recommend this company to everyone!!!

We booked the bus as a transfer between our wedding ceremony and reception venue. Old, young and everything in-between, our guests had a wonderful time aboard! The booking process was great - Beverley was extremely helpful, friendly and responsive via email/phone throughout. On the day, the bus was on time and well decorated. The drinks we had provided were put on ice for us, something we hadn't requested. So lovely that this was done. The driver and conductor team were friendly and happy to wait while we took photos etc. upon arrival at our reception venue. Thank you to all involved - would definitely recommend.

A fantastic business. Bev was so accommodating to us, double and triple checking all the details and making me feel comfortable throughout the process. The added personalised tickets and boards added that little bit more to the day's experience.

The bus got stuck in traffic but they were constantly in contact with the groomsmen and Bev even turned up at the venue to keep us calm!

We had a fantastic experience with VRB transporting our guests from our wedding ceremony to reception. We used VRB on July 27 2018 to transport our daughter with her friends to her 18th Birthday Party and back. Beverley and her team were really helpful throughout and gave us tips on how best to organise drinks, route etc. It was really characterful to travel in a Vintage Bus and the pictures in front of the bus with the Happy 18 Birthday signs and her name are a lovely momento of her special day. She and her friends sang their hearts out upstairs on the return journey with the playlist she had made. So much better than the usual transport options. Thank you VRB, you did a great job.
