If you are on Healing journey then ICH is highly recommended. Doing it with a coach like Apurva makes it more meaningful. Her simple yet powerful process and soothing voice makes it intensive to go deep analyzing your patterns. She adds personal touch by answering queries and hand holding you in this journey.

My experience was amazing with every 3 day intensive with Apurva. Every time a new wound is revealed to be healed, and many awareness comes with it as well.
At the end of three days there is a big shift in us which would not be possible otherwise. Thanku you Apurva for this , thanku so much

The 3 days intensive ICH with Apurva helped me heal my mother and father wounds. I didn't realise that I had so many suppressed emotions. To me suppressing them meant they are taken care of. I have been attending a 60 day challenge with the visionary parent courses. It has helped me to stay consistent and made me more aware person. I am able to identify my trigger and heal myself. Also, weekly group sessions help a lot with any doubt clearance and further fast pace the healing journey.

I'm kokila I'm doing 60 days challenge of healing our inner child challenge... Thnks a apu mam 🦋..our inner child holds the key to endless joy, freedom, and creativity. To access these, reparenting yourself may be necessary. Your inner child needs you to acknowledge and process its painful experiences. Only then will it feel safe enough to come out and play the game of life freely I'm in the process of healing I'm trusting the process...

Your sharing that in life "you don't find your purpose, the purpose finds you" was a bulb on moments for me. I could relate to it in reality. Thanks for such enlightening sessions.

After 3 days of sessions I've realised so much about my own self.there were tears of joy and peace that I felt after a good release that happened.i didnt realise I was holding onto these emotions.Apurva ma'am is so calm and composed in her demeanour.she is such a good listener as she helps answer my questions.

Its like i knw we need to wrk on ourselfs but at which level. N if we know the root cause it can hlp us more so here it is that ur inner child ll hlp u to b healed at root level which is vry beneficial for me. Apurva Di assisted me in revisiting my childhood wounds with a newfound attitude and acceptance that I couldn't achieve alone. Through meditation, she reinstated my belief in the dreams and magic of the universe, ones I had long abandoned while navigating life's challenges and trying to be a practical adult. Now, I possess a clearer perspective on the various stages of my life. Her guidance prompted a shift in my beliefs about my past, ultimately bringing more peace and improving my childhood retrospectively as I grew older.

I recently finished the three day Inner child healing group virtual sessions and it has been very releasing and helpful.

I am songlad that i am blessed enough to attend this 3 days intense healing session. Its so deep that i dnt realize healing is so powerful and necessary. I had lot of meltdowns and released so much of pain.

Inner child healing is a area I knew I always had to work upon. Having a difficult childhood had made me aware about lot of areas in my life which needed work through healing and other deep core exercises. Apurva's inner child healing course and especially the Heal-o-thon is exactly what I need. Planned so well in detailed, it covers all areas of life that is affected due to inner child wounds. Her detailed understanding about the topic and mastery on it is a boon for me and everyone around who joins her. I truly recommend everyone to join this inner child programme to experience life transformation and live a better and successful life.

I m Thankful that I have a mentor to guide me. I m facing depression anxiety never learnt about inner child traumas but after attending Apurva mam session I m learning all this things need a deep healing. Attending few sessions only I m feeling positive thinking in a positive way

I am feeling very grateful for having you Apurva in my life as my coach, and mentor. I can see and feel so many changes in me. I am more focused on my goals now and also creating more goals. When I joined this community, I initially thought it would help me handle my child in a better way and do good parenting. But it has actually thought me how to be a child itself within. ICH intensive program has evolved me and the child within me. It has helped me understand where my beliefs are coming from, and how my parents and others' behaviors have affected me as a child which is, in turn, affecting all areas of my life. And now I am more clear, more aware, and more confident of what I need to pass on to my daughter. I feel so blessed that I got to know so many things about myself at least at this stage of my life. I am growing everyday, I am evolving everyday. And I will keep learning with you and from you everyday. Thank you so much Apurva for all the efforts that you have put into all the programs.

I have came to know Apurva in Nov'22. I was going through some parenting struggles. By attending sessions conducted by Apurva helped me to unfold the situations and understand about the triggers. There are many topics been discussed which helped to understand child's psychology, about their behaviours and many more. It also helped me to understand my trigger points and how can I deal with the same. I can Apurva is undoubtedly an amazing coach. She has vast knowledge. She makes you feel like a home.
