Thevoyd レビュー

While the products were to the value I paid, the low review is for the time to deliver and at some points before delivery i thought it was a scam site but unfortunately that doesnt happen till after purchase. It took far longer than expected, additionally shipping was hard to track and often unclear, communication with the company wasn't non-existent but not great, got given wrong tracking numbers and refered to a track site I didn't recognise even though the courier has their own page to track and give info to the purchaser, they didn't match at all over the two which worried me at times, the courier page after over a fortnight finally had an update

Extremely late delivery and I have no information about estimated day. I placed my order on the 9th December and it was saying that it will be delivered after 3-5 working days. I 've spend almost £40 and I am afraid that I will lose my money.. Very disappointed.

Delivery took over a month with very limited tracking information and when it did finally arrive they sent me two of the same item, rather than the two different items I had ordered.

I contacted them and they asked for photographic proof, which I provided. They then said they would let me know how the matter was going to be resolved.

I let a week pass and then contacted them again as I had heard nothing. The response was that they were still waiting to hear back from whoever it is that needs to decide what they're going to do. Having worked in retail myself for over 20 years it really isn't a difficult issue to resolve and I can't help but feel like I'm being robbed off until I give up and go away.

The item I received seems decent enough but I would honestly recommend avoiding this company, clearly just drop shipping from China.
