Hi Michael, we would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused by an error in the fulfilment of your order, which resulted in the incorrect format being shipped.
We believe this was due to human error during the warehouse fulfilment process. The warehouse is aware of the issues and are sending out the correct formats.
Once again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding.
Wrong items sent in the order
Wrong items sent in the order. They've promised to resolve but still awaiting a reply back as to if they'll be able to get me the correct items.
I specifically chose to order from the Irish store this time due to the multiple issues everyone is having when trying to buy things from the UK at the moment, in the hopes that because it was Irish based it would be an easy transaction.
I'll be happy to update this review if/when the issues are resolved.

Once this has been resolved, we will ensure that your order is shipped correctly with the correct Blu-ray disc and slipcase.

The wrong item was shipped. I paid for an exclusive limited edition version and you sent a standard version. Still waiting to hear back from customer service and what happens next.

Hi John,We believe this is down to a human error during the warehouse fulfilment process. We have raised the issue directly with the warehouse manager to ensure it is looked into and addressed as soon as possible.
We have requested the correct version be shipped ASAP to you.

We did highlight on the product page that orders may ship after the release date. This is the first we have heard that your order has not turned up. The packaging came a small bit damaged and bent and so did the sleeve. There was rips and bends although the vinyl itself was ok
