The items were delivered to the wrong address and the record sleeves were damaged. Very poor service and I hope to see this rectified.

Great service, nicely packaged and friendly staff
The delivery for delayed due to the major storm but I emailed about that and the customer service was super friendly and informative, telling me why the delay happened and that there is a new estimate date.
The CD arrived nicely packaged and wrapped in an envelope and no scratches or dust anywhere .

Loved having the merch and pizza laid out everywhere so it was easy to access everything without interrupting others view.
