The Way We Live London レビュー

Excellent selection, excellent service! I shall be buying more for my other flat renovations! Love her collections of wash basins, the size is perfect for all bathrooms and the beautiful collections makes it difficult to choose....

I am totally blown away by my new basins - they are beautifully made and exceptional quality. Beyond my expectations. Sarah couldn’t have been any more helpful and accommodating - incredible customer service. I’d highly recommended - if I could give more than 5 stars I would! Anouska xx

We cannot rate / recommend The Way We Live London enough. Wfter a lot of research, we received a beautiful sink for our new bathroom, which was very unique. Sarah was wonderful, keeping us up to date with delivery progress and following up to make sure everything was OK. The sink was delivered within a few days, very well packaged and protected. Superb service and quality. Thanks again.

The sink is more beautiful in person than pictured! I couldn't be happier! The interaction with your store was so easy and delivery was super quick. They even contacted me afterwards to make sure the delivery went smoothly and I was completely satisfied. I couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience. Thanks!

Such a beautiful sink, we absolutely love it and are so pleased we bought it! Great service and aftercare help too when I asked for advice re taps. Thanks so much.

Fantastic service, delivered on time, wonderful product. Highly recommend this company.

Fantastic, personal service. My (absolutely stunning) basin even arrived a day earlier than expected. Win, win!

Lovely basin, really stunning! Cannot recommend Sarah's customer service enough - she was so helpful and responsive, providing different options when I asked various queries. Can't wait to see the basin in our new bathroom!

We at Bold By Design Interiors were delighted to receive this beautiful basin for a client from The Way We Live London. The colour is stunning and this basin a "must have" for any bathroom space! It is beautifully crafted and carefully packed. A "wow" factor for sure! Excellent service overall. We will definitely be using this company again. Thank you!

I am so delighted with my Alfie basin.. it’s fabulous, a work of art, truly stunning. I cannot fault anything, the service was impeccable, and I received a follow up email just to check that I was happy with the product.. 5 stars!

Had to leave a review as the service here really is well above average. Personal attention to my order well beyond the accepted norm for e-commerce. The actual sink looks very good, too. Keep up the good work.

Both the products and customer experience from The Way we Live London are exceptional. My Nyla basin was delivered quickly, packed not only very securely as you’d expect for a premium product but also beautifully. It was like unwrapping layers of tissue from the most exquisite dress! Currently assembling the rest of the room to highlight this beautiful creation 💖

Sarah was so helpful from the time I placed the order until the time we took delivery and she went above and beyond to arrange a delivery date that was convenient for us. The basins are beautiful and high quality and will help give us that 'hotel feel' that we're trying to achieve. Couldn't recommend more highly!

Amazing customer service and I had constant up to date tracking for my basin delivery. I was asked when I would like my delivery to ensure the basin arrived safely.

Sarah, the company owner sent me a courtesy email to make sure I was happy with my basin and was very helpful with offering me advice on tap recommendations.

I absolutely love my basin and cannot wait for it to be installed in my cloakroom - I just know it will be a talking point for any of my guests.

Amazing customer service and we had constant up to date tracking for our delivery. We got asked when we would like our delivery rather than just shipping it when suites the company. Amazing. I wish I had more places for their beautiful basins that I love!

Thank you

Sarah was great and so knowledgeable and helpful with all the products. Will definitely buy again from her and love my basin.

I am so happy to have found The Way We Live London. I loved all their sinks and found it so difficult to choose just one for our bathroom! I’m so happy with our choice, it is really beautiful and the whole process of ordering from them was seamless. Thanks so much!
