Simon what a man! He went above and beyond in delivering the vision I had for the engagement ring. He surpassed my expectations and was very impressed with the final product. I ordered a replacement wedding band from The Wedding Rings Company and I couldn’t be more happy with the quality of the product and the service. Simon kept me updated at every stage of my order, and even went above and beyond to hand deliver my ring as I was local. Unfortunately, I ordered a couple of sizes too big (my fault!) but Simon was there to help. He took the ring back, no questions asked, and resized the ring for me on the same day. Amazing service - second to none. Will recommend to all my friends and colleagues!

Simon was fantastic and really helped me pick the wedding band that i wanted. After getting stumped 2 weeks before getting married by well known brand online, I needed to get a wedding band quick and within a desired budget. Simon did exactly that and really took the time to understand what i wanted and delivered exactly to specification. Highly recommend.

The service from the TWRC was absolutely phenomenal. Not only did they kindly send 6 ring sizes (as I was unsure of the size in different environments) but they also sent a ring sizer to assist. Once the size was confirmed, the communication was easily exchanged on WhatsApp (and in some cases, out of hours with immediate responses) and the ring was manufactured - a very well crafted piece of kit I must admit! Very pleased with the end result and couldn’t recommend TWRC and Simon enough.

I needed a ring ‘sizing’ and Simon had been recommended to me by a friend - he was just so very helpful, gregarious and kind. He knew my ring has great sentimental value and was very professional . The ring now fits perfectly, slight wear and tear damage was remedied , plus as white gold he kindly replated and polished it. The diamond now looks incredible. I know I wasn’t overcharged either . Thank you Simon. Will definitely recommend you to my friends too !

Well where do I start. I met Simon pre-covid by pure chance whilst walking in & out of various shops browsing, then came along Simon! Instantly on meeting him, I knew I wasn’t going to purchase from anywhere else, he knows his stuff, doesn’t rush you, gives advice in helping you make a decision and not necessarily to purchase there and then, but to go away and give it some thought unlike others, his a true gent and I personally feel that he goes out of his way to really help and get you what you are after - well he did for me. It really is a difficult decision to make on where to purchase from. I’ve now purchased from Simon on two separate occasions and can’t wait for the third !!! He truly is a one off and I cannot recommended him enough and have done to family and friends. Honestly you will not regret it.

We first met Simon and his mum back in 2004 when we got engaged. Simon took time to help us find the ring we wanted and advised us on quality (well, effectively the 4 c's) and we returned for our wedding rings as well. I particularly wanted to design my wedding ring with different size and shaped diamonds in a platinum band and I love it. Every few years, we return for them to be polished as well as other jewellery requests. Simon revalued our rings at regular intervals for insurance and over the years we've become friends. If buying your ring is important to you and you want quality in what you buy and the service you receive, just go and talk to Simon. You definitely won't be disappointed.

I was recommended Simon when looking to buy my fiancées engagement ring. He helped design the perfect ring, fantastic service, no pressuring and nothing was too much when I wanted to make changes. My wife gets so many comments on her ring!
We then bought our wedding bands from Simon too. Again no problems when we wanted them changed slightly. Great service.
