Who knew the real way to keep people engaged in a presentation was biltong instead of cake? 😄

We’re very happy the chilli (and the fatty bits!) went down well with the team. Nothing beats proper snacks that don’t send everyone into a sugar crash halfway through the slides.

Sorry we are unable to see any orders from yourself or any email asking for help. This is the very first instance we have heard there is a problem but we can't trace the order.

Please can you message us again or at least leave a order number on this review so we can trace it and resolve any issues you may have.
We have just checked again we don't have any out standing orders under this name.

We have requested more information via Trust Pilot in an attempt to gain some clarity on this review, please respond or the review will be removed.

UPDATE - We still haven't received any form of contact from yourself, we have again checked any outstanding orders, emails, spam folders answer machine messages and even behind the sofa and yes you guessed it nothing not a thing not a sign of you ever ordering from us.
We have asked you to add your order number to your review and still no such detail, we have asked trust pilot to contact you for more information and again nothing. We truly do believe you have the wrong company. Without an order number we can't help resolve any issue you may have . Please email us using info@thewestonbiltongcompany.co.uk or call us on 01270 382386
Quite honestly this review seems very odd, the lack of detail, the in ability to add an order number, no phone calls, your name not existing on our customer database nothing adds up at all. Raises a serious question is this review real or just an attempt to damage our fabulous rating on here.......

Simply put can you add your order number to this review?
PS we can't remove any reviews from here only Trust pilot can if you don't supply them/us with more information allowing us to address your issue. So if you can't supply the request order number your review could be removed.

Thanks for taking the time out to leave a review about what we do.
Your description is absolutely spot on with our flavours, we deliberately aim to add only a hint of flavour to range as we don't want to mask the flavour of the meat. Many brands aim to over power the meat by add lots of sugar and flavours whilst we do our best to ensure don't add anything unnecessary or cheap ingredients .Totally appreciate we can't hit the spot with all our customers it's a simply fact about what we do. As you can see from the reviews on here we don't miss very often
Please remember as well we only produce Biltong and not Jerky two very different products that may be why you have found a different experience to what you normally buy in a shop.

Thanks for looking up our small family business and giving us try.
