Very very disappointed 😞
My wheels have been returned looking like an LP record, what is interesting is the grooving is notnon all faces.
Craig has called me to explain that they cannot get a factory finish, but this diamond cutting has left my wheels looking terrible.
I think customers should be made aware of this.

Rude and unprofessional. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but the reception I received for wanting a quote was unpleasant, bordering on aggressive. It is a shame as their premisses look good, which was my primary reason for driving so far, so I can check out where I might be leaving my car. The reception was empty, so after waiting a few minutes I looked into the workshop which is when the worker in there flat out refused to deal with me without asking me a single question. When I said that I have come a long way and wouldn't be coming back, he became agitated and aggressive. Strange.

Jake and Charlotte couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. After trying to find someone to sort my Rohana RC10'S, I took them to the Newcastle office. The resulting job is absolutely stunning. Perfect in every detail. It's my go to place now for any wheel refurbishment in the future. I can't articulate just how amazing this place is. I'm very focused on quality, but the price is beyond reasonable. You can have full confidence in this place. Highly recommended.

Good work, but shockingly racist and two-faced staff.
The Positives: The actual work was done well, the price was reasonable, the turnaround was quick, and they were very polite to my face.
The Negatives: My dashcam captured the staff hurling horrible insults and making racist remarks about me the moment my back was turned. Despite having only a one-minute interaction with me, they took it upon themselves to mock me using a fake Indian accent (I was born in the UK and don't even have one). It was truly disgusting. In all my years working internationally, I have never seen a business speak about a customer with such blatant disrespect. Good work cannot compensate for horrible character. I absolutely refuse to give my money to people who behave this way and will not be returning.

I took my car to Kwikfit in Thornaby as one of my tyres kept loosing pressure.
They did a full check and originally found nothing wrong with my tyres.
I asked them to replace the tyre that was deflating as my Mum was in hospital and I did not want to risk a blow out.
So they took my wheel off and it turned it was wheel damage not my tyre.
They gave me a flyer for The Wheel Specialist, so I called them.
The customer service was absolutely amazing, they were very understanding of my circumstances with my Mum and said they could do all 4 wheels in a day.
True to their word they did.
I dropped my car off at 7.00 am and it was ready with an absolutely amazing job done when I picked it up at just after 4.15 pm.
I have a fiat 500 and alloys for each wheel are around £400, but thanks to to you all I got 4 refurbished wheels for far less than that.
You are truly amazing and hats off to the service you provided.
You are professional, skilled and have amazing customer service skills and the communication is second to none.

Took my 4 series to Cwmbran, they couldn't have been more helpful. I decided to switch from my heavily corroded diamond cut finish, to a superb dark metallic grey.
Superb choice, superb finish, superb experience, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Very good service. I would definitely recommend these guys n gals. Very professional. Felt like a special guest rather than just a customer.
On collection of my wheel I had a puncture in another tyre which they sorted for me, as well as moving wheels around while sorting the puncture.

So I scuffed one of my alloys on holiday and contacted The wheel specialist to do a full refurb, I asked them to get as close to factory finish as possible, including a tight Diamond cut. I have now collected and must say I am very disappointed with both the cut and finish on the wheel. As it’s now very different from all my other wheels. As for the quality I have now had a close look at the finish and the quality is crap. But I only know now they were a bad choice for me

I recently took my Audi A1 to The Wheel Specialists Manchester after shopping around and comparing a few companies. From the start, they came across as professional, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all my questions about the refurbishment options and pricing.

One thing that really stood out was their customer service. Whenever I phoned, someone answered the phone, and when an unforeseen issue came up with my booking, they dealt with it promptly so the work could continue without any hassle.

I found Mark and Ian to be particularly helpful. They clearly take great pride in their work, and there's a great atmosphere around the team. From the moment I arrived, I felt my car was in safe hands.

I'm absolutely delighted with the finished result. The quality of the refurbishment has completely transformed the appearance of my Audi. I had considered using another company, but I'm so pleased I chose The Wheel Specialists instead.

Firstly, I picked The Wheel Specialist because I have a Porsche 911 with centre lock wheels, which require specific expertise. On calling, the very efficient and helpful lady assured me this wasn't a problem. So I booked in for a 4 wheel colour change, then later added ceramic coating, and TPMS replacement.
On arrival, I was told there was a policy change on centre lock wheels, and they had been advised by the Franchise not to do them, however, they didn't contact me to tell me. Also, the chap on reception asked what I was booked in for, what colour etc. which I had already agreed when booking. Despite this, I was assured they had experience with Centre locks, and promised to get the right, and specific grease needed.
On collection, the wheels looked good overall, but there were a few blemishes on a couple of wheels. They offered to redo them, or give me a discount, and on the basis the wheels were generally OK, I took the discount. My car was also extremely dirty, having been left under a tree in a dusty yard. I can't give them more than 3 stars however parts of the experience were good.

While the gentleman at the shop was very friendly and polite, unfortunately I cannot say the same about the quality of the refurbishment.

I noticed areas of bare metal flaking around the centre of the wheels. When I pointed this out, I was simply told, “No worries, the centre caps will cover it.” That is not an acceptable response, as the underlying workmanship should be finished to a proper standard regardless of whether it is hidden.

The wheel colour also does not match consistently across all four wheels. There are paint runs and overspray around the centre cap area, as well as several scratch marks around the rim, most likely caused during tyre fitting. My car also had an extremely strong chemical smell when I collected it.

To make matters worse, the car was returned to me in a very dirty condition. The tyres looked as though they had been dumped in mud or a dirty pit before being fitted, which left a terrible first impression.

Overall, the craftsmanship is far below what I expected. I genuinely don’t believe the wheels were properly prepared or sanded before painting, and the finish certainly doesn’t reflect professional refurbishment. I expected the wheels to look as close to brand new as possible, but instead I was left feeling very disappointed with the overall quality of the work.

Excellent quality four wheel refurbishment on my car which has undoubtedly enhanced the appearance of the car. The staff at my local branch in Swansea couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and supportive. Thank you.

Recent work carried out refinishing four wheels was a good experience from start to finish, friendly staff always proved helpful Delighted with the finished product, would use again.

I got in touch to book my car in and they got me booked in within 2 days. Done an excellent job on my wheel and looked like new when I got it back. Thanks and will defoe using again if required!!

Amazing service all around, I had all 4 alloys on my suzuki swift refurbished and powder coated back to manufacturer standard and the difference is night and day, couldn't be happier with the result. Would 100% use again.

Got my rusty mokka alloys refurbished Craig and his team made a fantastic job at a good price. I had looked about for a while at places to get them done and am glad i picked this one would definitely recommend to anyone these guys are professional and will definitely use them again.
