Went to the Cumbernauld depot..absolutely brilliant service..all four wheels done/new tyres fitted..powder coated with smoked chrome..looks amazing..would highly recommend them

Mark at The Wheel Specialist was outstanding, I booked in to have my alloys welded due to air leaks. He was very professional over the phone and in person offered me a colour change of the alloys included in the price and then replaced the BMW cap on the wheels when I asked for them to be replaced. Great service, Great prices and all together a lovely experience which is refreshing. Will recommend to anyone! Thank you to all the team of staff at The Wheel Specialist Swansea!!

Jody and the team in Inverness did an awesome job refurbishing the 19" wheels on my wifes Ford Kuga Vignale. The colour/finishing was exact to the Ford original, so now the wheels look exactly like they did when the care was new... great job, well done to the Inverness team

If you ever had work done here before it closed down, please check all you jacking points underneath your car. I took a clsssic Mercedes into them less than a year ago and whilst the car is currently being serviced, my Mercedes specialist noticed a dent in the under sill caused by jacking the car up in the incorrect position.

My wheel came back worse than when it went in.still buckled.and they won't take any responsibility for it as I've had it into another garage to get rebalanced when they said that had done .

The work on my wheels were second to none. Done in good time to best standard. They couldn't have done any better.

From the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome. The guy on reception came out and changed my wheel, fitted replacement. He then provided quote, details of all the steps. Advised it should be ready in 24rs. Following day I received call to say repair completed.

Ordered a refurbishment on all four alloys. Work was completed without any hassle and on time.

Staff were extremely friendly throughout the experience. I would quite happily recommend them to other people.

If I had to be critical I would point out that receiving an email with possible extra charges after booking was a downer. Those possible extra costs should be on the quotation I was given, and not sent in an email after committing to get the work done. This is in reference to TPMS valves and damaged tyres. Just add this information to the quote. It looks quite shady seeing it after booking. To be clear though, I was not charged for any extras.

Another point was that the phone lines were disconnected, when I tried to find out if the car was ready. I did get a near immediate response from an email though.
