I used the Segensworth Fareham branch of the Wheel Specialist I found them to be extremely well organised and professional.

I choose to have the wheel refurbishment done over a weekend dropping the car off Friday afternoon and collecting it Monday evening. The wheels were in desperate need of repair - they now look absolutely fantastic.

I am exceptionally happy with the quality of the work and the quality of the service and I will definitely use the company again

Replaced my wheel. My tyre now longer goes flat quick. They’re polite, quick. 100%. Will be returning for my other wheel soon

**Avoid Leicester Branch** - Please avoid the Leicester branch and TWS in general. DO NOT USE THEM. I dropped off my car to have the 4 wheels refurbished. Upon collecting the car on the Friday evening, i noticed that the drivers side door sill had been damaged by them incorrectly and carelessly jacking up the car. After contacting the branch direct and taking the car back to be inspected, David the director there firstly dismissed any involvement etc, then reluctantly said i need to get quotes for the repair. I sent off a quote but had no response from David. he completely ignored me for 3 weeks I then escalated to the head office customer services, who subsequently strung me along for over 5 months to finally dismiss the damage despite supplying a quote for repair AND all the images of damage, full timelines and all info etc. They claim on their website they have full insurance to cover any damage to your car, but in reality they damage your car, string you along, get you to try and get multiple quotes for a repair then just dismiss any liability. DO NOT USE these people. They damage your car as they are understaffed and are careless and then take no responsibility to repair it when you flag the damage. The customer charter on their website is a JOKE. Please avoid them if you want to get your car back without damage to it!! Please use a different company to refurbish, i took my car there to come back better than it arrived, but the bad damage to the sill of my car form them jacking it up was terrible.

Had my diamond cut gloss black wheels refurbished here. Within six months, they turned a faded dark blue. I went back expecting a fix — instead, I got gaslit. I was told it was my fault for using the wrong cleaners, even though my car is professionally washed.

Their expert said the lacquer was fine and the wheels just needed polishing. I paid 100 pounds. They polished. Still blue.

No admission of fault — just a 50% discount to do it all again (after first offering 20%off). I politely declined — trust was gone the moment they started with the gaslighting.

Fast forward a few years, the time had come to change the tires, and lo and behold, the inner barrels were faded dark blue too. Unless my wheels started sneaking out for sunbaths and spa days, this was not caused by washing. So yep, I was right all along — who would have thought.

A real wheel specialist then told me the likely issue was the powder coat — something this place never admitted.

I knew one of the wheels was cut too deep during the original job, which means it cannot be re-machined. Because of this, all four wheels now need to be refinished by hand — a much slower and more expensive process, costing double the price.

If you enjoy excuses, blue wheels, and paying more to fix someone else’s mistake — this is your place.

Excellent service, from initial contact, quote and job completion in 2 days. Mercedes stock wheels returned to factory finish. Dropped off car day one, wheels removed, tyres removed, refurbished, powder coat and bake, tyres replaced with new valves and balanced, refitted to vehicle, collected day two. Highly recommended !

I brought a new set off alloy wheels but struggled to find someone to fit the new tyres,I popped in with no booking and was told they would help me out and they did! Polite friendly staff and very helpful

New car with 4 kerbed wheels, I let them choose the colour for refurb that suited the car.
Chrome Black made the wheels complement the car perfectly. Instantly liked upon viewing, a great choice, 24 hour service. No pressure sales, felt comfortable to talk with, offered honest opinion, will use again and again when needed.

I got my van wheels coated here a while ago .
It was easy to book and collect out of hours .
One wheel had a small blemish , the guy's went beyond the call to get my van back in and wheel redone in good time .
I would recommend wheel specialist and would definitely use again
