Wow! First off the collar has worked wonders out dachshund is a completely new dog! No more unnecessary barking while we’re watching tv and no barking at strangers. It hasn’t worked with his separation anxiety but we have been told by vets his anxiety is really bad so I’m okay with that. We’re all so much happier now that we aren’t getting the unnecessary barking not even just us humans our dog seems more settled too! And I had a problem with the collar and sent it back and I got a new one within a few days the customer service is some of the best I’ve received from a business. 10/10 well done

The collar has stopped working, my dog has been noted to unresponsive to high pitched tone and pulse, at highest levels. Suggesting my dog has now become accustomed to wearing the collar only for cosmetic purpose.

Bought a woof whisperer in the summer. It transformed my noisy dog! Unfortunately we ran into a bit of a battery issue a month or two later but the company couldn’t have been more helpful. They offered some suggestions and eventually replaced the whole product. Brilliant customer service that is a rare find these days. Very grateful!

Our Italian greyhound Merlin would constantly aggressively bark at any person, dog, bike or car whilst out walking him. It was distressing for us, him, and other walkers. After one week (twice a day) of using the collar and treats to reward his behaviour - he literally has improved 99 percent! He may bark once at the odd larger dog - but then stops straight away. I would highly recommend this collar!

My dogs have become so much quieter since I started using these - but also they have learned to grumble quietly to avoid triggering them! The advice to use for only short periods is very good - that way they are more attentive when training is happening, and much more biddable.
I feel that these are a very good aid to training, and wish I'd done it a long time ago!

The woof whisperer is an amazing collar. I was really despairing about our dogs constant barking. He's now cured!

My dog is a 10 month old cockapoo. I have only had to pop the collar on twice and he changed. I now don't have to put it on, I just turn it on and leave it on the arm of the chair, once he knows it on he is a different dog.

Got this collar a few weeks ago for both dogs. It stopped them barking straight away. I don’t leave it on them all the time but when they start I put the collars on and they stop even if I don’t turn them on.👍🏻

Excellent training device if you want to control your dog’s barking. I had an issue with the collar’s fastening device and when I reported this to The Dog Whisperer I was sent a new collar and a video of how to reattached together. Great service!

I had a lot of problems with my dog barking at night, and neighbours were complaining. I tried various things to quieten him but nothing worked. Then in July, I saw Woof Whisperer online and bought it. He hasn't made a sound at night since and he doesn't mind having it on. As you can charge it by a USB cable is great as you don't have to keep buying expensive batteries.

Review: My dog is 1 year old. She was barking very loudly when we were driving and also whilst the television was on if she saw any animals. I used this collar after it was recommended by a friend. It worked immediately with the intense shrill barking reduced to a faint whimper.
The woof whisperer collar is amazing. The manufacturers also link full online video instructions about the product which gives the user a great comprehensive guide on how to set it up and use it. It works by the use of sensors which detect both vibration from the animals throat area when they start to growl and sound from the bark. The guide makes the product easy to use. I would recon this product to any dog owner who is experiencing any problems with nuisance barking.

Our dog Mitzi barks at visitors, particularly those dressed in bright jackets. Wearing the Woof whisperer had a dramatic effect on calming her down.

The device worked fine for 2 weeks until I plugged it into our campervan USB socket not realising it delivered 2amps. This was the only way for charging when not plugged in on a campsite.

I sent a message to Richard at Woof whisperer and he immediately asked me to return the device and if he could not fix it he would send me a new one.

This he did by return and now everything is working fine.

I recently purchased two collars for my very reactive labxcollies and they have drastically reduced their barking, brilliant. Unfortunately one of them stopped working and wouldn’t charge I emailed the wood whisperer and had a very quick response regarding on how to try and charge the collar when it had fully discharged, it did charge but unfortunately didn’t hold charge. Richard was quick to respond to my next email and said to send it back and they could have a try to fix it but if unable to they would send me a new one. Unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed so a replacement has been popped in the post. The customer service has been excellent, I would highly recommend The Woof Whisperer company, one very happy customer.

I cannot believe how quickly this collar has stopped our dog barking while we are out.
I used a cheaper one when he was younger but it didn't solve the barking issue.
I thoroughly recommend this collar it has made our new life in Spain more enjoyable

Absolutely does what it says. My Jack's were a pain for barking, but no more. Bought one, and shared it.. if one has it on, the other doesn't bark either. In fact, I now leave it in sight, switched on, on the counter, and if they do forget, the buzzer is enough to shut them up. Delivery was fast, just a pleasure to have peace. Thankyou Woofwhisperer

After lots of research we chose the woof whisperer dog collar and it has transformed dog walks and our relationship with our 2 year old spaniel. We followed the instructions to the letter and saw incredibly quick results and a happy, calm dog. I walked him today without the bark collar so the training works brilliantly and can also recommend the calming treats to use in tandem. He now responds to the word quiet and I’m absolutely amazed at how effective and easy this has been. Next steps are additional training to reduce barking when we get deliveries but the house is already much quieter. Brilliant!

The bark control collar is brilliant - a life changer!

Having been woken up at 3:30am and 4am we decided to try Woof Whisperer bark collars.
What a great product the dogs stopped barking after 1 day.
No longer being woken up at silly hours.

We tried this product for our challenging Rottweiler rescue dog, and although it didn’t work as well as we’d hope, I am still really happy with the service.
When requesting a refund, Richard offered us a training plan and additional support.
When we returned the product, as we had engaged a dog behaviourists for all our rescues challenging behaviours, he honoured the refund in full over 40 days after purchase, even when in different packaging.

My grandma bought this collar for her dog as her puppy wouldn't stop barking at the neighbours, it’s been an absolute godsend. She barely has to use it now as she has learnt to not bark, it doesn’t hurt the dog at all and it’s very gentle but it vibrates which distracts her from barking.
The seller was so helpful and had wonderful communication throughout, we needed some extra rubber ends for it and this was sent out so quickly.
