I have been taking the Yoghurt capsule for some time now and I have found it to be very useful in keeping my digestive system going well. I take one a day before dinner and two if I think I need it.

These capsules are amazing. I have suffered from IBS all my life, my IBS is now totally under control. I take one a day before bed. Ive been taking them for 4 months and noticed a difference within a week. I didnt actually realise how much they changed my life until i ran out. I havn't taken any for a week and ive had an awful ibs flare up along with the nausea and fatigue. And my reflux is back! I can not wait until my order arrives, I will make sure i never run out in the future. If you're unsure whether to try these, i highly recommend you give them a try. They really changed my daily life. Customer service is great too and very helpful.

I suffer with diverticulitis. I take one capsule a day. I notice if I miss a day of taking it I get constipated. I may need to take two capsules every day.For extra help I have two
kiwifruit every day. Also yoghurt. I am also impressed with the great service& delivery of my capsules.

I have had diverticulitis badly twice now. Started taking the yoghurt capsules and it gave me my life back. For the past year I have not had any energy and was so fatigued . But after a few days of taking these capsules I was back on track energy wise. Love this product. 👍

Having been diagnosed with Diverticulitis, I need to be so careful with gut health. The yogurt Tablet has really assisted in being “ regular” which is imperative with this condition. It’s 100% helped me.

Very professional company to deal with. Product arrives day after ordering. Definitely helps with my IBS. I'm sold on this product and have recommended it to many.

It took a while for me to see results but after I increased my dose it worked really well.
I had trouble before eating dairy and gluten but now I have been able to introduce some of these back into my diet. I have much less bloating and feel alot better

Yogurt capsules work wonders for me.They have helped keep my bowels regular, l don't have to take medication for constipation/diarrhea.

I have suffered with bowel, gut and reflux for years, so much so it ruled my life!
I've noticed a big difference in my bowel issues, and I no longer suffer reflux.
Noticed I seem to be having to take a lot bigger dose than others, as I have to take 4 capsules every day to continue the improvements.
I have tried a couple of times to reduce to 3, but I have found I just can't.
So my only concern is the cost, taking that amount every day.
Otherwise I highly recommend The Yogurt Capsule.

The Yoghurt Capsule asked me to star rate them which I was happy to do. My bowels are comfortable, and my anxiety-related irritable bowel syndrome is much reduced. I occasionally try other products but come back to this one. This review is genuine and I receive no incentive to place it.
Note: the Yoghurt Co filtered their star rating request to me, such that only a four or five star review was likely to come through to Trustpilot. Nevertheless, I highly recommend the product.

Seem to work a treat. Really gets the tummy working.

Product works as advertised and arrived in a timely manner.

For my Mum this tablet has being amazing as helped her with IBS, reflux and constipation.
Plus after having bowel cancer which she had to have part of the bowel removed ,she has noticed a big difference.
Has been taking this for a few years now, just one tablet 1st thing in the morning every day.
Told me that, she couldn't be without it.

These Capsules are amazing I had heard they were good but was skeptical. Until I tried them and started my daughter who has a lactose intolerance on them. What a difference they have made to our everyday life I have been telling anyone who will listen about them!

I have been using yoghurt capsules for about 6 months. They started working straight away and really helped after being on antibiotics had caused some havoc with my gut.
Aside from that the service is outstanding. I order, they get posted the same day and arrive the next. Incredible
