I'm finding them easy to take. It's my first order so I've yet to feel any difference although am not so bloated this past week.

Within the 2nd day I noticed a difference. Will definitely keep taking them.

Speedy service and great product . I have suffered from IBS and diverticulitis with extreme bloating for years, to the point of giving up on life. The yogurt capsule has save me! It has taken 4 months starting with 4 capsules and now down to 2, from me it had been life changing. I wish GP’S knew about this I have been on many chemical concoctions including antidepressants that have all failed, until I came across your product Thank you !!!

I have Ibs and these capsules have helped me so much. I started taking these one month ago. Starting with one every morning and now take two. I have less gut pain, and bloating.

Product has berm amazing at fast relief from decades of pain and discomfort from constipation and massive laxative use for ...after 2 months, it's now only intermittent use if I've had extra stress or wrong foods

Great easy way to keep on top of gut health and any candida overgrowth. I even use the capsule ingredients to make homemade mayonnaise. Easy way to add good bacteria into the mayo.

Only been using them
for 1 week so far, and have noticed an improvement all ready, so, with more time I am sure things can only improve,

I have been taking these now for a couple of months, initially one capsule 30 minutes before breakfast. In the last month I have increased to one capsule 30 minutes before each of my three meals and this has proved to be of enormous benefit with regard to my IBS, giving me more predictability and more freedom. Highly recommend product and seller.

I have multiple medical issues and on 3rd bottle . What a massive difference for the better. Thank you Yoghurt company, you have changed my life.
