If you’re looking for a flexible but challenging online PT course you need to use THFI.
Fantastic customer service at the start from Candice who listened and really showed that she cared about my future career.
Moving forward to Zoe who has been a massive help and Jo with incredibly fast l, constructive feedback.
Well done to the team at THFI. I really hope this review is enough for anyone reading to be encouraged to give THFI a call. You won’t regret it.

I was super keen to become a PT and Hakeem at The Health and Fitness Institute explained everything I needed to know. All the questions I asked, were answered and I was not rushed into making any decisions there and then, as it was big commitment. I did some more research and called Hakeem back to book. Once I booked, it was so simple to get started and I had another call with Zoe who let me know that she would be able to help with anything on my course should I need it. I opened up my course in the learning platform and downloaded the app, so I started learning straight away, A&P was tough but THFI laid it out in really easy digestible chunks, which helped me a lot and I have passed the first unit. I have more to complete but wanted to recommend THFI to anyone wanting to become a PT, so far I have been super impressed with their knowledge and they talk everything through with real care and a passion. Thank you

I’m only 19 so deciding the right course for me was really difficult but spoke to a someone called Hakeem who made it really easy to understand what would benefit me and it was really good that that I was actually talking to someone that was a personal trainer too. I decided to choose THFI because of the support I was going to receive and the help making sure I was qualified to a high level. Best decision!

Wow! I spent ages shopping around for a personal training course and am so glad I chose THFI as it feels incredibly personal, professional and structured. I’ve found that the course and tutors really keep you accountable and motivate you to ensure you keep a close eye on course content and digest it properly. I love the mix of webinars and reading. For someone that has always struggled to read, webinars are certainly the way forward. There are live and pre recorded webinars and of course you can watch all of the material back. THFI cover all types of learning styles which further demonstrates how personalised it is.
This is also app based so helpful if you’re on the go (which I am a lot) travelling on trains etc. I have spoken with a few other people who have completed online PT courses with other companies and I feel confident that the content from THFI is much more in depth and thorough. I look forward to the rest of my journey.
