Love ar Second Sight
I loved the first couple of pairs of The Cooling Shorts. They are great under dress & kept me cool on hot days. When I went to re-order more, as summer is upon us, I found out that they had great new colours. When I ran into a self-created problem, Kodiak was wonderful in solving it to my satisfaction. No More Chafing!
After incurring a chafing issue, I researched products! When I found Thigh Society, I was impressed with the clarity of each offering. Since this was my first experience, I contacted customer support and was pleasantly surprised at the quick response and the quality of information provided! I chose cooling and Iâve not regretted this choice. My skin is sensitive and these feel weightless and I can wear them all day comfortably. I no longer have a chafing issue! As a bonus they arrived in a perfect pouch which is excellent for storing if you traveling and I do! Their color choices provide a good selection. Thigh Society shorts are the most comfortable, lightweight cooling shorts to wear. They are a very responsive company and stand behind their product. The shorts are undergarments so there is a no return policy but they will assist you with first pair. Be sure to order correctly.

I received a pair of the Thigh Society shorts that had a small hole on one of the seams. I contacted customer support and they immediately sent me a new pair and I didn't have to send the other pair back. Made for comfort
I have nothing but good things to say about the slip shorts. They are so light and very comfortable. The only problem i had was getting the correct size but they graciously sent another pair. I highly reccomend if you just want something under dresses, pants. capris, ext.. if you want to stay cool feeling.

Problems with returns/refunds
The item I received had no liner on it for hygiene so I respectfully tried it on over mine. The garment was uncomfortable and I did not like the quality. They said I could not return due to hygiene. When asked if I could get a refund for an item I did not like, they do not do refunds either. Never received a paper copy of my transaction with the item when I received it. I did not want a replacement item, only a refund. Most intimate women items are returnable and/or refundable. I am out $50 and with an item I won't wear. Bad customer policy for return and refund.

Iâve worn the cooling shorties for a little over a year and LOVE THEM so I ordered 2 more pair. But my new shorts were rolling up my thigh which had never once happened before. I emailed and figured I would just get a âsorry-no refundsâ type response but I sure did not! Amy responded very quickly, gave me some hacks to try, and said if those didnât work we could look into replacing. After a few back and forth emails that were immediately responded to, I have a new pair coming! Excellent customer service!

Misleading Return Policy
Thigh Society only sells slip shorts. They have a return policy which states that they don't except returns on undergarments with the only caveat being that they will exchange one pair for size. They intentionally mislead buyers since they call their products slip shorts, not undergarments, yet the won't except returns on the slip shorts. So why not say no returns on slip shorts.

I ordered 2 pairs of slip shorts. The first package got lost at the post office and I contacted customer service asking them to initiate a mail search request with the post office but they didnât do it. They told me they were sorry and going to expedite a free replacement but it wasnât free as I already paid for it. The second package did not arrive either. The tracking said it was handed to someone at my address which is a blatant lie as I was home all day waiting for the package. They said they wonât refund my money because you canât return undergarments but Iâm not returning anything because I still donât have my order after over 20 days. There is no phone number and the email is sus. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I had to file a dispute through my financial institution to get my money back.
I just wanted the underwear but Iâm so deflated by this experience. They arenât even trying to appease me in any way. Total bum out. They did not issue a refund. My bank issued the refund. They said they couldnât refund my money so in order to appease me they were going to send another two pair for free. Nor will they help me do a search with my local post office to locate the package. They did communicate with me but the support I received was lousy and again BEWARE. SAVE YOUSELF THE HASSLE and shop somewhere else.
