Things Engraved originally “opened shop” in 1982, with less than a dozen locations across Canada. Over the years, the company expanded into more than 100 retail locations stretching Coast-to-Coast. They also reinvented their retail locations into trendy boutique style, retail storefronts offering one-stop mixed-market gift shopping with custom personalization done on the premises. For decades, Things Engraved has been the premier destination for Canadians seeking personalized gifts to mark that special occasion with a custom engraved or embroidered gift that is sure to be treasured. We have also recently started offering sublimation products – a process which allows you to personalize virtually anything! We now offer UV Printing, DTG, DTF and so much more! Under our new leadership, we will continue to offer the best personalized gifts that Canadians want at competitive prices.

Amazing product and assistance

I had emailed to discuss what idea I had and if it was possible and they responded so fast and with ease. They also helped me place the order so I didn't have to worry about missing anything. They really made this a very easy experience. The delivery was also fast and the packing was very protected. I can't thank you enough for helping me out with this. The result was perfect and exactly what I wanted.

Engraved nscklace

The product is good but the postage is not. An expedited parcel set to be delivered in 1 business day took 4
Days to arrive. Paid for ought to be delivered as advertised.

Beautiful job!

I received a wine glass and a whiskey glass. Both look great and the price was very reasonable. They were very quick to deliver as well! Would recommend.

Great service

Ordering was easy and I was consulted to ensure it was what I wanted with a mock up and they made requested adjustments - received exactly what I wanted and it is good quality

I like that the company responds fast…

I like that the company responds fast and gives good service, but they messed up my shipping adress and when it got back to them they only shipped it back to me the next week. Missing the gift day it was for. Onto of that payed for reshipping it to me and didn't get it back the same week.

It was a very trying experience

It was a very trying experience. The first flask I received looked great but the name was wrong. The first replacement came with all the engraving on the upper third of the flask and didn’t look as nice so I messaged and had a third sent out. Unfortunately on the second replacement the font is smaller than it was on the original and in my opinion the flask as a whole doesn’t look as nice as the original one. I’m not sure why the product wasn’t made with the same size font as the original. I didn’t think I would have to specify that. It ended up being costly for you and I feel I’m not getting the product I ordered.
