I appreciated the quick responses and the patience when handling repeated requests for edits and changes.

Two points I would have appreciated:

1. I never had the name of who I was dealing with online. It felt a bit impersonal.

2. The mock ups were good, but it would have been helpful to see my product (an engraved name plate) on something to get a better idea of how it might look. A computerized example, perhaps.

Everything worked out great. Excellent customer service and product.

The web site was confusing and difficult to navigate. My order was initially incorrect and it took multiple messages with the company to correct the issues. But the company seemed friendly and eager to help.

I received EXACTLY what I asked for and I am thrilled with the end result . All your help was greatly appreciated.

Right from the time of placing the order the customer service is excellent. Responses and turn around was super quick. And once approved the item was customized and shipped really fast. I got to see the product that was shipped as a gift and i can say it was good quality and I will definitely order again. So my experience has been amazing. It was a rush order and they turned around 40 pint glasses with our desired engraving in record time.

From start to finish this company has been great .. I reached out with an idea of what I wanted and some not the greatest quality pics/logos. And even with poor qaulity logos,they made my plaque perfect. Im very happy with what i ordered. Communication back and forth thru email was easy and fast. Would highly recommend

Throughout the experience of having my items sent away to be engraved, communication/customer service was excellent! The price point was most satisfactory and everything was completed in a timely manner. I am very happy with the service from Things Engraved!

Quick and consice services, good communication and arrived on time!

It was written exactly how I wanted it to be, so I was happy with that! The only small thing I was slightly disappointed with, was that I sent a picture of the font I wanted for the large print and they never used that, not sure if they didn't see the picture, or if it didn't attach. So instead of a circus font it was more like a old western font, regardless it's still very nice and I'm 98% happy with it and the cost was certainly reasonable!!!
