I signed up with Community Solar through ThinkEnergy. I’m saving money every month. With the cost of electricity going up, saving some every month really helps. Everyone should take advantage of this great program. Thank you ThinkEnergy for putting some money back in my pocket, instead of taking it out.

Think has supplied me electricity for a few months now and I’ve seen varying savings on top of the 20% community solar discount they got me. My bills haven’t been this low in a long time. Thanks to my friend Keith for telling me about the programs!

I've been a customer since October 2024. While everyone is in an uproar about their electricity bill, I just explain that I'm a Think Energy customer & don't have those issues 🤷🏾‍♀️. Everyone gets curious especially when I mention AutoSave. The technology that helps customers save automatically is unique to Think Energy & has been doing it's job without an issues. Cutting edge using technology & energy to do what's best for the customer. So glad I found this company! Customer for life! 😁

It was so easy to enroll and what a great combination. Savings with zero risk, and no fees. Everyone should be on Autosave!

Their customer service line is a dead end and the promise of $100 gift card was not received. The response was "Unfortunately, we’re unable to verify your account", very frustrating.

I signed up haD THEM FOR 6 MONTHS THEN ASKED THEM ABOUT MY $100 GIFT CARD AND I THEN GOT A RUN AROUND they said i did't use enough energy what a bunch of bull they lie

Terrible customer service.
I called for help with my electric bill and got absolutely nothing. The representative, Sofía, was rude and completely unhelpful. All she kept saying was that I “consumed it” and that I have to pay, with zero explanation or willingness to review the issue. No support, no solutions, just dismissive attitude. Very frustrating and unacceptable.

Wonderful experience

The enrollment process was so simple and I love the fact there is no renewals and price protection! The savings from connecting my smart thermostat for free is a great value!

Very bad experience would think energy. I had energy over the year before. And I fired them after a month. Then, a year later, they tried to sign me up with think energy. I did not request it after I talked to think energy that I did not request this.They said, okay, we take care of this.But then they send me a bill for the next following month.For a cancellation fee. I talked to sarah, who is supposed to be a supervisor and help me out.Refused to help me.She kept on saying it's my fault. They have very poor customer service. I will also be right in the bitter business bureau on my behalf of house.Poor service, this company has handled me who's still trying to charge me for something that i'm not request.And I even moved out of the place. I did cancel ogre, january 6 2025 over a year ago.

The customer service handles any of my problems with a live person and they do it quickly !!!

Think Home Solutions' AutoSave Makes Energy Savings Effortless!

I recently switched my electric supplier to Think Energy (Think Home Solutions) here in Cogan Station, Pennsylvania, and their AutoSave program is great. Thank you to the PUC for approving this product for all of us in Pennsylvania. I'm impressed that everything runs automatically in the background—no complicated setup, no confusing rate changes, just consistent savings each month. And I am now free from spending time chasing electricity rates, sometimes every few months!

Signup was simple, and the communication from Think Energy has been clear and upfront. What stands out most is the transparency of their company: I can actually see how the AutoSave program adjusts my rate (celebrating when I see it go lower) and helps keep my bill predictable, even when energy prices fluctuate. I feel like I wasn't afforded that ability when my supply was with my Utility company.

Customer service is great. For any question (I love being educated around energy) a representative responds promptly and explains clearly.

If you want an energy provider that’s easy to work with and actually helps you save money without lifting a finger, I highly recommend Think Energy and their AutoSave program.
