Everything is great!

Reçu les leggings mais aucune nouvelle du coussin. Je suis déçue, j'en avais vraiment besoin.

Pakketje staat op ontvangen en getekend. Maar nooit gekregen.

Na een mailtje met de klantendienst moest ik zelf maar contact opnemen met hun leverancier ( “hier is je track en trace, bedankt voor uw begrip”).
Het kussen werd verzonden met leverancier “colisprive.fr” en daar moet ik !!schriftelijk!! Een klacht indienen vooraleer er iets ondernomen wordt.

Ik heb nogmaals de klantendienst gecontacteerd, maar die antwoorden niet meer.
Mooi zo.
En dag geld dan maar?

Prima kussen voor de eerste maanden. Ik ben zelf helemaal geen groot mens en dat kussen blijft al sinds week 35 niet meer op zijn plek liggen. Het is krap om ertussen te liggen en het klittenband laat steeds los. Dus in het begin prima en daarna waardeloos.

I placed an order for my wife on September 17th, 8pm; and shortly after we found out a friend had used it and she absolutely hated it because of its low quality. I then proceeded to cancel the order since, according to their own website, you can "cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours of confirmation". This happened on September 18th, 1pm (17 hours after purchase). To my surprise they replied saying the order had already been processed and there was no way to cancel it. The funny thing is, according to the shipping company, the product didn't even leave their warehouse in China until 2-3 days later!

I received it 2 weeks later, when my wife had already found another solution that works for her. I've been trying to reach out to them to get a refund but got only silence and half promises from them. In case they now want to reply saying "please tell me your order number so we can help you" and then disappear again, don't bother it's order #16823.

My wife and I are expecting a baby, and we now have 90€ less to face all the new upcoming expenses, just because these people DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD. In Europe a business like this would not last 4 months.

Got mine last week! Has me sleeping better, but I'm trying to find the best position on my body for it. I do love how it's smaller unlike other pillows that take up the bed!

I'm still figuring out the different parts of the pillow but so far my comfiest set up is using the smaller two smaller pieces to support both my pillow as a vital piece of kit to help with comfy sleep!

I have one, it is very comfortable and helps me sleep, but I am still able to roll on my back 😅 maybe once my belly gets bigger that will change

The pillow is very comfortable as it holds the belly very well - sometimes I wish there was more support for my back but the simple small piece was enough for me - really liking it

Dies war das einzige kissen, mit dem ich es mir biquem machen konnte! Alle riesigen Korperkissen waren so unbequem. Ich habe meinen Babybub mit 22 Wochen bekommen und benutze ihn seitdem jede Nacht (ich bin jezt 36 Wochen alt) und habe ihn sogar auf unserer Babymoon nach Hawaii mitgenommen 😊

Ik ben net begonnen met het gebruik van de mijne - eerder geprobeerd, maar was niet groot genoeg, ben nu 27 weken oud. Eindelijk een goede nachtrust gehad vannacht lol.

I just got mine about a week or two ago and have been using it every night. I'm 33 weeks pregnant and finding comfort again with this pillow 😍

Honestly the best pregnancy pillow! I had a different pregnancy pillow in the beginning, huge u-shape ones, but that didn't work well for me. I had so much better sleep with this. ♥️

My husband surprised me and bought me this pillow. I've had it three nights now and I am finally getting relief and sleeping again. I've tried two other types of pregnancy pillows and this is the first one that relives my lower back pain!! I'm 30 weeks pregnant and swear by this pillow!

My wife ordered a maternity pillow from NATTY, it’s been 2 weeks with no correspondence.

We should have checked trust pilot first. We even fell for the ‘shipping protection’ scam. It doesn’t exist.

We’re trying to ask for a refund, or to cancel the order as it is now past being needed.

What’s the odds I get a reply saying there’s been an unfortunate incident with my order.

There’s too many of these scam companies from a well know country that specialise in plastic tat and dodgy goods.

Disgusting that they prey on pregnant women.

Velcro is no longer sticking and although I've only had the pillow for 2 months (because it took so long to arrive!), I now often wake up with pillow detached. Velcro is also uncomfortable against your skin. I also feel as your bump gets bigger you should have the option to adjust the height of the pillow..I'm only 7 months but already feeling as if the pillow it too high for my bump, I've reverted back to a simple pillow as I have different thicknesses.

Update - despite stating below that a replacement would be offered it has not been sent and Natty are not replying to my emails. Buy with caution - I have found the pillow really invaluable for keeping me comfortable during my pregnancy - stopping hip pain I was getting - and letting me feel assured I will not turn on my back. However, after two months use the Velcro has stopped sticking and so I often wake up with the sides detached. For the price I would have expected the product to have more longevity and I expect you can find others on the market that would represent better value.

I'd been eyeing their stuff for a bit and finally grabbed a few pieces. The quality is fantastic, and though the price is on the higher side, it's totally worth it for clothes that are so well-made. Already got so many compliments!
