The designs of ThinkNatty's products are beautiful. They are stylish yet functional, and I always get compliments when I use them.

Reviews on their site are all raving about this pillow, received mine 2 weeks later after ordering so very slow on delivery. Once received worked well for the first couple of weeks then somehow the Velcro just doesn’t work well on it at all, you can literally pick up the pillow off the Velcro.

I contacted customer service sent them a video and got a response saying sorry there is no warranty on our products but we would like to offer a 30% discount on your next purchase. Absolutely not, if anything I’m sure there are far better brands out there with working Velcro for half the price.

I was able to adjust it to fit comfortably around my back/belly and the first night I felt a huge difference and increase in support!

This is a scam company. I ordered a week ago and still haven't received any shipping confirmation. Customer service does not reply. Unfortunately, I checked their Instagram too late; the last post was in 2023. It's a shame how people are fooling pregnant women.

Pas très encombrant et modulable. Très bien pour passer des meilleures nuits.

Very comfortable but I saw some on Amazon at less that are exactly the same,these ones have just the Natty tag. Delivery has taken ages,10 days wich makes me think they arrived from China.They delivered with Royal mail, no signature needed and they just left it in front of the door. Packaging awful for the amount of money that the item costs.

It is a very suitable product as you can adjust and personalize the way you use it. The team is the best as they’re willing to help you if anything is needed.
I know what my present for future pregnant friends will be.

Sadly, the pillow did not help with my wife’s pain when she was sleeping. But, the support team promptly refunded us. I would definitely recommend that you give this pillow a try.

I ordered a pillow online last week, assuming it would arrive within 1-2 business days. This isn't the case, I think this gets shipped from China and there is no clarity on when it will arrive.
This is highly disappointing, and I wish I hadn't ordered from this business. Their communication after ordering is limited and unclear.

Update after receiving the package: The pillows arrived in a humid (smelly) box, luckily the pillows were dry. They were vacuum-packed, and molding them into shape took some time and I feel like they never fully got their desired shape. It's not the great product they promote it to be.

Conclusion: I would not recommend this product or business to anyone due to unclear shipping info and low-quality product.

Great Pillow and amazing customer service. I am 28 weeks pregnant now and the nights feel much better.

Oplichting !

Pakketje word meerden dagen achter elkaar met een nieuwe track en tracé code aangeboden maar wordt uiteindelijk nooit verstuurt.

Mailt contact is onmogelijk wordt niet terug gereageerd.

Je ontvangt geen pakketje en bent dus gewoon je geld kwijt

I’m currently 19 weeks pregnant and been suffering from back pain. I looked at several pillows online and decide to take a risk and purchase this one as not too familiar with the brand. All I can say is - it’s great for me. I’m definitely having better night sleep and always wake up in the same position not rolled over onto my back. I live in the UK it took about 1 1/2 weeks to arrive but well worth the wait. I would recommend the long version as you can use the pillow in different positions to support you. Please Natty do other colours.

Artikel konnte anscheinend nicht zugestellt werden - vergeblich mehrmals versucht Kontakt aufzunehmen, ich habe nie eine Antwort erhalten! Geld weg, kein Produkt erhalten. Sehr betrügerisches Verhalten! Finger weg von dieser Firms!

Bad experience! The product wasn’t delivered to me and after several weeks waiting, the delivery company told me to ask for the refund to the provider (Natty). Absolutely shameful!

I got the pillow earlier in my pregnancy, before I really needed it. I used the wedges for support when I needed. But now I'm 27 weeks I literally don't know what I would do without it. I am a back sleeper so side sleeping is a work in progress. I have the long pillow on my left side to slightly hug and have between my knees (I also have back pain and need the knee support) and a wedge at the lower back level. So when I turn over it is supportive on both sides.
It can get you some time to get used to the pillow reason why i don't feel to give full stars. But I'm glad I got it early and would also recommend to do so.

I bought the pillows as a gift but unfortunately they didn’t fit the purpose. The customer service gave me a good solution for the refund. Extremely appreciated. Anyway the pillows were excellent products and with a good design.

I am very disappointed with the product. First, it came streight from China on a plane, so it took long and with a terrible carbon footprint shipping items one by one. How can anyone set up a business in this manner? Second, the product looks very cheap with a noticeable plastic feel. I thought the cover was supposed to be cotton, but aftee carefull reading of the website it says "cotton-blend", so basically polyester and it feels like that. Very disappointed. Finally, there was a very strong smell of the fabric, i washed the cover right away but it still smells. The website says that the pillow "is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified", certainly not mine. With this smell the product would never be allowed to the European market. There is also no certification label or even a little label with composition and washing instructions attached to the product. Someone is making money at the cost of environment and people's health, this is criminal.
