We stress customer service at thinkpro - unlike many new home security systems, you can buy at the box stores where there is no help waiting for you if you run into an issue. Maciej is typical of the team here at thinkpro with over 20 years of experience in support and sales; super friendly and super helpful. Hi Richard, thank you for taking the time to write a review. To answer some of your comments and questions. 1) The pinpad with the system is designed to be a secondary backup device. The real power comes with downloading the app and the ability to arm, disarm, get notifications and see the real-time status of your alarm system. The app allows you to change your code and add multiple other users and codes to the systems. If you have not set it up, it is very easy and an installation advisor is happy to guide you through it. 2) In regards to connectivity the system functions as IP based which requires a connection to your Internet router; alternatively cellular is an option that requires a connection to power but is slightly higher cost than our standard IP ($5/month). Hi Laureen. We would appreciate the opportunity to chat directly with you. It is not 100% clear what the technology issue is. We sell Wi-Fi-only systems and Wi-Fi + cell-enabled systems. If you purchased wifi only system, then it would only work when your Wi-Fi is up and running; if this was not explained properly then we can work to make it right. Regarding your move - you do not have to cancel on the day you move - and yes, its a very stressful day! We can cancel or hold payments for a period while you move. If you call us at 1-855-76THINK one of our helpful customer service advisors will be glad to make this right. We hope to make this better, thank you the thinkpro team.

Thank you very much for the review, Peter! That is a big system that you installed and it shows that with a little help, anyone can install a system - even with cameras! Many people are intimidated at first, but when we are on the phone with you, it can be done very fast. No waiting for the installer to come, no stranger in your house. We appreciate the review and will share it with the service advisor that helped you as the team always appreciates getting feedback!
