Hi Brent, this one’s on us, but we want to make sure the records are clear. The original package unfortunately got lost in transit after the label was created on July 14th, and missing your messages was completely unacceptable on our end.

We have since dispatched a replacement package with updated tracking, which shows it has now been delivered. Your recurring order has also been completely canceled.

Hi Virginia, you ordered the Thryve NAD+ Bone Formula and we shipped NAD+ For Her. That's a fulfillment error, plain and simple, and we'll make it right: the correct product goes out at no charge and there's no need to return the one you received.

The unanswered calls and emails are the bigger failure here, and we're addressing the gap that caused it.

I'm sorry for the frustration here, and I want to clarify what happened and make it right.

Looking into your order, we can see a subscription plan was selected at checkout. A one-time purchase cannot renew on its own as payment gateway requires an explicit selection between a one-time purchase and a subscription. A confirmation email stating the subscription enrollment was sent immediately after your order, along with a reminder email several days before the renewal charge.

As for the shipment arriving after you cancelled: the order had already been processed and handed to the carrier before the cancellation came through, and once a package leaves our fulfillment centre, we're unable to intercept it, this is standard across all shipped-goods retailers.

That said, you should not be charged for something you don't want. Please email us at hello@thirmik.com with the subject line and I'll personally make sure your subscription is fully cancelled and your refund is processed the same day.

When you cancelled, our team confirmed it right away and your subscription was deactivated. However, your original order had already been picked and was in transit with the carrier, which is why it still arrived. Once a package leaves our fulfillment centre, we have no way to intercept it, this is standard across all shipped-goods retailers. The suggestion to gift it was meant as a courtesy alongside resolving the charge, not instead of it.

I'm sorry you've had this experience. I understand how frustrating that is, and I want to make this right. For clarity, every subscription confirmation email includes a direct link to cancel anytime, and there's also a Subscription Management link in the footer of our website where you can manage or cancel your subscription on your own terms.

It is not possible to accidentally sign up for a subscription. Our payment gateway requires an explicit selection between a one-time purchase and a subscription plan, this cannot be bypassed or selected on your behalf. The subscription option is displayed multiple times throughout the checkout process, and immediately after your order was placed, a confirmation email was sent clearly stating you had enrolled in a subscription.

Additionally, a reminder email was sent several days before your next charge, giving you advance notice and time to act.

In the case you chose a subscription , cancelling is straightforward, you can do so at any time by either emailing us directly at hello@thirmik.com, or by clicking the cancellation link included in every subscription email we send, which takes you directly to your subscription management page.

To provide some clarity for anyone reading: when you cancelled through PayPal, your subscription was immediately deactivated, which our team confirmed to you by email. However, your original order had already been picked up and was in transit with the carrier at that point, which is why it arrived. Unfortunately, once a package leaves our fulfillment centre, we have no ability to intercept it, this is standard across all shipped-goods retailers.
