Rapid Dispatch, Extraordinary Communication and Competitive Pricing.
As their website was unknown and had a few inconsistencies, I was originally reluctant to purchase from them, but after contacting their customer service over a few inquiries, and receiving immediate responses, I was reassured with them as a legitimate, competent business. Their staff were both clear and friendly!
Their website is new, I believe, but this hasn't impaired either their postage - integral to a business online for trust/acceptance over brick retailers - and pricing which is vital on such an open market as online. The item I ordered was received within a day and packaged reasonably well to arrive intact.
I highly recommend the store and believe they'll ultimately be a competitor online through their outstanding service.
