Thirsty Towels & Bathrobes lives up to expectation, and then some. I was thrilled at having my order shipped out promptly, and it was also a custom order which I could not return. My wife is comfortable in her new monogrammed bathrobe and feels like she's in a 5-star hotel robe. I would recommend this company to anyone who would like to make their significant other luxuriously comfortable at an affordable cost.

I ordered a robe for my wife at Christmas and paid for 3-day delivery which ended up taking a week and arrived after the holidays. I can understand the reality of weather delays, etc. but was understandably not thrilled. I reached out via email and they refunded the delivery fee on the spot, no problem and no questions asked. In the end, the robe ended up too large by a bit and we returned it and received a refund with no complications or delays. I really appreciated dealing with a company that works with their customers and not against them as so many do!

The robe itself was very nice, thick and warm and had the size worked would be in our home today.

Incredibly comfortable, expensive but worth it if on sale. Wish name stitching was bigger and wider.

First class and excellent delivery considering it was the holidays.

I ordered two robes different qualities (turkey cotton and bamboo). One was for my husband as Valentine's day gift, so asked to come with a note. In the Web site says that the note would come in the order sheet and it came, but they also sent a card with the note, that matches the pretty bag that they use to wrap the robe, the one that also matches the monogram color. I didn't order to wrap for a gift but my note said it was for Valentine's... so for me they did an awesome job...I'm so happy so far... Also the shipping took less than a week and customer service people was great... Thanks very much!!!

My bathrobe is so soft and cozy warm. I love to relax in it after a long day and it takes the chill off as I turn up the heat on chilly mornings and relax with a cup of coffee.

I have the most beautiful, comfortable, absorbent bathrobe from this company. In fact, I'm tired of sharing it with my husband so this holiday season I have told my family to get him one for Christmas so mine is my own. LOL

The shipping and orders come quickly and in great shape. I highly recommend this company.

I have been a fan for years. I have an Embroidered Robe that I absolutely love! It is still in excellent condition even though I have worn it a LOT over the years. It is my go to for these cold Michigan winters.

My experience with Thisty Towels far exceeded my expectations. The towels are so soft, especially the bath mats! It's like stepping on a cloud! The customer service was phenomenal and still one year later the towels are as fluffy and white as they were on day one!

I used to purchase my towels at Resto Hardware years ago. Tried Potter Barn. Sadly, even they don't offer the best anymore. Seems everywhere I look, I get less for more. I found Thirsty Towels about 7 years ago and I am happy to say that they have maintained consistency with quality and service without ridiculous price tags. One of the few companies in America that has restored my faith in quality and integrity, as it should be.

The hooded bathrobes are great: very heavy and of high quality. My husband and I love them. For people who are not especially thin, you might consider a larger size. Very happy with the robes and the service and I definitely recommend Thirstytowels!

The bathrobe I wanted in Oct '16 was listed as back ordered til March '17. However when I called, I was told the web page was in error, and the item was in stock. The computer kept going down; the human operator couldn't fulfill my order. After 3-4 tries with buggy online shopping cart, I finessed my order into going through. When the robe arrived, it weighed a ton (5 lbs--a lot on my 115 lb frame), which info was stated in the specs, and the color was not hunter green as advertised but more of a Kelly green. I am kicking myself for not sending it back (my hubby kind of liked the color at first) so now I'm stuck with it. :-(

Purchased for grandchildren and live the quality, vibrant colors.

I have no words to describe how happy I am with this towels. I were looking online for a long time on all big shopping websites for such good towels, until I found thirsty towels. They have great great customer service.

Fabric of robe is nice and thick and soft. Love it - and I know my grandson will too!

Although this bathrobe is heavyweight it isn't quite as heavy as I had hoped for. Ever since I staid at the Double Tree I have wanted a robe like the one I had in my room. This is an almost but not quite what I was hoping to find.
