These towels are the best I have ever had. I have two homes and have these towels in both.

I own several of their products. Their bath robes are so soft, wrap me cozily, very well structured and sewn. My husband and I have been using our robes for the last 4-5 years, and they still look pristine. The monograms they did for us are excellent. I am a perfectionist and could not do it better myself. I also bought their peshtemals as gifts and for my own pleasure, and I love them! I love showing them off when I go to the beach :) They dry quickly, have many usages, and do not take a lot of space in my beach bag like the towels do. Their customer service is very prompt, responsive to the needs of their customers, and very friendly. I highly recommend them, you are sure to enjoy their service and their products.

Can't comment on current buy because it's a Christmas gift, but the previous three robes have been quality products.

the loop for hanging is too weak--I had another robe just like this new one that ripped out in only a year or so. This one is just the same. I may take it to a seamstress and have the loop reinforced.
This a a small problem but should be addressed. It's annoying.

I bought a microterry cover- up for my grandson and it was not what I expected. I called customer service and she was so rude that I decided to get a refund. I had to pay to ship it back and it cost me $11.39. They withheld $12.18 from my refund for their free shipping promotion. The cover-up cost me $39.00, so I ended up losing $23.57. If you buy from them, you are stuck with it or if you return it you lose most of your refund. Beware of this company.

Spa line robe I bought for my wife for Christmas is falling apart. Customer service says it's our fault. This robe replaced a terry cloth robe my wife had for 7 years and is already falling apart even though it hasn't even been washed yet. Buyer beware!
