Ordered steel personnel door on Thursday to collect Friday door waiting for me when I arrived.
Door is exactly as described really good quality with every thing needed to fit except fixings and it was made clear on their website that fixings were not included well pleased with the door thank you

Fabulous service. Fantastic quality product well primed ordered at 11.45am Friday. It was here by 1pm sat. Amazing good value and fantastic delivery

I bought a radiator which arrived dented. I contacted them several times for a replacement or refund. They reply after a few weeks each time, but there has been no action from them

This is just my experience with this company.
I ordered 43 boards, 41 turned up. I also ordered the edging 2 x lengths they were never on the pallet. I've contacted their customer services and they don't seem to care. They stated the edging was on the pallet and it can't be seen. Ill attach the pictures and if anyone can see the edging I'll apologise. The delivery driver stated he would not take the boards of and it was down to me. I though I paid for deliver lol. They just don't seem to want to rectify there mistake. They have stated I will be given back my money. If they do I'll rewite my review.

DO NOT USE. I ordered several boards. They arrived damaged. Some of the damage is the result of poor packing as the washer damaged the boards and other edges damaged with poor quality packaging.

I sent Photos and raised this. Little response and I finally today said I would contact my card company. This is “This is Wholesale” response in an email
“ Box then up and we will collect them then moaning about nothing”. Unbelievable. USE at your peril.

I can also see a number of different web sites which appear to be the same company. Poor.

Ahh - I see the rating sum up this company! Stay clear.

Boards, when delivered, turned out to be shorter than the stated 1200mm, boards wrere damaged (edges crushed) - only saw this once packaging was opened so no recourse - and the metal fixing were thin and poor quality and did not crush into the boards like my original ones.

No help from their direct chat - asked to email them photos (?!?) and 72 hours response. Email response from them was basically "our website says boars are within +- 5% of stated size" (...so boards you buy from them could possible be 1140mm long instead of 1200mm...so 60mm smaller!?!? Great building material resource!).

Pointless buy and a wasted £60. I wonder if this company are called 'this is wholesale' as they buy seconds from suppliers?
If you want something fit for the job, and get it done, don't use these people.

When will I learn to look at these review site before using sites like these....?

I paid for next day delivery it turned up two days late, lots was missing, they don’t do refunds apparantly.
DO NOT USE

Three and a half weeks ago I had decking boards delivered, had no notification that the delivery was even happening that day. This was kerbside so just as well we were in! However when checking the boards one was cracked and one had a huge chunk out of it and the edging strip was broken. Sent an email to them (can’t phone them) and they asked who delivered, we had absolutely no idea only that they came from Maidstone. They kept throwing the problem back to us. In the end they said they’d contact the courier and get back to us. Haven’t heard anything since and when I emailed them I just got the response that they are extremely busy and I would be contacted soon. I still haven’t heard from them so we’ve now been out and purchased some more decking boards. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Bought some tile backer boards and washers which arrived within 48 hours and all fine. Best price I could find so happy I took a chance despite the mixed reviews here.

Do not buy anything from this company.

Any five star review here is clearly a bot or paid for.

The quality is shambolic and the customer service is terrible.

I bought a security door which arrived clearly damaged. There was a large tear in the packaging and the frame was bent and twisted. On reviewing the pictures I sent, the company said it was only the frame and delivered a new one.

New frame has been fitted true and plumb. On hanging the door it is very clear that the door was also damaged and it is warped and bent. When the top of the door hits the frame it's about 5cm off the frame at the bottom.

The company is now ignoring my emails and their only response is - it must be incorrectly installed. Baffling given I've sent pictures of the frame with the spirit level clearly showing it's plumb.

ITEM ARRIVED PACKAGED OK, SO SIGNED FOR ITEM ON OPENING THE DOOR WAS VERY SCRATCHED, NO ONE WILL SPEAK ON THE PHONE ABOUT IT AND IVE EMAILED NUMBEROUS TIMES AND JUST NO REXPONSE, AVOID THIS POOR COMPANY

The boards I received were only 1180 long.
I contacted the company, but they were not interested

Utter rubbish, items damaged, just been on live chat and they hung up on me, forget these jokers, they sell damaged products

I was worried I had made a mistake ordering from this company after reading the reviews on here, however the items were delivered within 2 days and in great condition. I would use this company again for building supplies.

One day delivery, even though I changed delivery address at last moment. Cheapest tileboards I could find, but excellent quality. Will use again.

I needed a secure steel personnal door for my garage, TIW standard door range was the best design and fit and importantly well under £500 in the colour i wanted (juniper green) including delivery - i received the door within 3 working days packed onto a pallet which ensured door arrived in perfect condition - the courier called me on route and wheeled the pallet along my drive to my garage - communication after ordering was a little sparse and the door arrived before I had any acknowledgement of order by email but excellent service very pleased and i would use again and recommend. Thanks.

Beware of the returns policy

If you wish to return the goods there is a 30% restocking fee on all items even if they are new and unopened

I left a review before and was waiting for a refund. I'm pleased to say that I did get a refund in the end.

Crappy customer service, kerbside drop-off with no date on delivery, items will be left outside for opportunist to take away. No simple call or door knock to let u know delivery been made. Refund request takes forever to process. Avoid the cowboys!!
