After being given a really good quote for my new boiler Gary arranged for it to be fitted on a Saturday. David the engineer arrived on time and introduced himself. I found David very neat and tidy and very efficient. Once he was finished he talked me through the controls and what I needed to know. On leaving David took everything away with him and informed me to call if any issues.
It was a stress free experience from Thistle Boilers and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new boiler and fantastic service.

I contacted Thistle boilers after I saw the great reviews on trust pilot.
Gary came out to my home and I informed him that my boiler is 16 years old which is not giving out hardly any heat to the radiators.
Gary informed me what work will be carried and the length of time the engineer will need to complete the work.
When the engineer arrived on date and time specified he pointed out after approximately 1 hour into the job that one of the gas pipes diameter was a few millimeters too thin for the job. Therfore this was replaced at no extra cost to me which I was really happy about. The work that was carried out was exceptional and I now have really good heat going through all of my radiators.
I would highly recommend Thistle boilers as they are very professional in what they and go that extra mile for their customer.

Fantastic quote with payment plan.
Finance application easy and quick.
Work carried out a few day's later.
Workmanship second to none. Hardly any disturbance, no mess at all clean and all packaging and old equipment removed.
Can't be happier with this service and throughly recommend Thistle Boilers.

Gary popped out to give me a quote for a new boiler after mine was just past its best and there was no point throwing any more money at it. He was out on the Tuesday and it was booked in to get the new boiler fitted the week later. JD was our boiler fitter. He was a lovely guy, very tidy, kept us updated on what was going through out the day and he went through the instructions when he was finished on how to use it. Would highly recommend Thistle Boilers.

This company is professional and highly skilled at what they do which made my experience as a customer seamless and stress free. Communication at the home visit and throughout was excellent. I was given a quote which was explained clearly and discussed in detail with Gary. The boiler was fitted 3 days later. The whole job was completed in one day. Workmanship by Eamonn is impeccable. All debris taken away and area left immaculate. They also give 2 services free and even register the guarantee. The service they provide is exceptional and they should be 5/5 on Trustpilot. Highly recommend Thistle Boilers.

The guys from Thistle Boilers have been excellent with our emergency boiler fitting. Eamonn was punctual and friendly. Nothing was a problem & he was here straight away when we had a wee teething problem. Can't recommend Thistle Boilers highly enough.

Great communication, competitive price and excellent service. Boiler fitted and all cleaned up within a couple of hours. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish from Thistle Boilers, i was in need of a new boiler urgently due to old one packing in, as you know it’s a minefield when you need a new boiler who to trust who gives you best service and after support, Thistle Boilers absolutely nailed it, same day quote in person, bet previous quote from another company, most of all the communication from day one was excellent said and did what they promised from start to finish, So can’t recommend highly enough, Thanks to Gary & Eamon who installed the the boiler, Eamon was brilliant respected the property and explained everything,

Had no heating for over a week across Xmas and new year due to an issue with our old boiler. We contacted Thistle and they sent Eamonn out the very next morning to fit a brand new boiler for us, matching a quote we had previously received from a company that would take a week to get the job done, not a day...so very very happy, Eamonn was very neat and tidy and a great lad

After filling out an online form I received a phone call to find out more and after being let down with another company and waiting a week Thistle came to the rescue and were out the very next to get our boiler fitted. The engineer was prompt polite, very tidy and we would highly recommend. Fantastic service !!!

From the initial conversation to the completed work we were kept informed at every stage of the process. Gary had in depth knowledge of all the boilers and his advice was excellent. Eamon fitting the boiler was so professional and knew exactly what he was doing.

Contacted between Christmas and new year as let down with insurance company. Had a quick response and new boiler fitted the very next day. Much appreciate the quick turn around as I have a 4 month old baby.

Thistle boilers once again came to the rescue as needed a boiler replaced very quickly. Give these guys a shout if you need any gas/heating works done highly recommend them.

I received a visit from Gary, Thistle Boilers salesperson when I asked for a quote for the installation of a new Worcester Bosch. Boiler
I was impressed with his knowledge on the installations delivery and price.
The Boiler was delivered and installed the following day by “JB” Thistle Boilers a first class plumber in a very excellent manner,
I was very impressed by his workmanship, very neat and tidy. I am totally satisfied with the overall outcome efficiency of my new boiler.
I have no hesitation in recommending Thistle Boilers if you are looking for the installation of a new Boiler.

He also spent time in explaining to me the operation of the temperature Thermostat settings.

Would recommend Thistle Boilers. Contacted them and Gary came up the same day and he told us about the boilers. Within 24 hours the boiler was fitted.
