The FAQ section is just generic filler. It doesn’t answer real questions about specific bonus issues or technical problems. Always ends with “contact support”, which defeats the purpose of having an FAQ at all.

You can deposit with crypto but when you try to withdraw, suddenly they say it has to go to a bank card. That’s not what I signed up for. Now I’ve got funds stuck in a system I didn’t want to use.

During tournaments the site slows to a crawl. Spins take longer, sometimes the score updates late, and it throws you off completely. Might be too many players at once, but then don’t run it if you can’t handle it.

I sometimes play while sharing screen on calls and would like to hide my balance. There’s no such option, so I simply can’t open the casino in those moments. Small feature, big impact for privacy.

Got my last withdrawal after all the paperwork and honestly that was my signal to leave. Nothing outright criminal, just constant little frustrations. Too many casinos out there to waste time on this one.

Some of the in-house games don’t clearly state their RTP or house edge anywhere I can see. I’m not going to bet on something where I can’t even find basic information like that.
